Our home is in the area of SUNNYSIDE! you can walk(15 min)to the lake, beach, local food market, kids park and 5 restaurants from the house. Across the street from the house you can hear ward creek. There is a 40 mile bike path from the house. We have a game room air hockey, shuffle board, foosball, karaoke, corn hole, frisbee golf and board games. Outside hot tub, dining, gas fire pit and gasBBQ. Hiking right from the house. Chairlift at the end of our street to access Palisades/Alpine meadows.

Our sunny cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood 1.5 miles from Tahoe City. You can walk to town in 30 minutes or drive in 5. The house is on a lot with large trees and a great sled run in the backyard. It is within twenty minutes of ski resorts: Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood. Also close to Nordic skiing (Paige Meadows), sledding (Granlibakken), biking, river rafting, hiking, beaches, golfing and water sports. Ask me about the good thrift stores in town. :)
