Friendly, polite and proactive hosts. Humble and comfortable home. It had everything as described. I needed to arrive early and they made me feel comfortable and even helped me with local services that I needed. I really liked it and recommend it.

Undoubtedly, the highlight is the friendliness of Miriam and her husband, who checked us in. The house is new and this is a differential for me, with furniture and fixtures in good working order. The 3 double beds and the single mattress accommodated us very well. We went as a group of 7 and had a large space that allowed us to get along well. We went in May and didn't feel the need for air conditioning or a fan. There is a 7-minute walk to "Delícias de seu Juca" that sells grilled food and right after that the "SuperÚtil" convenience store with basic items. The condominium is on a single street, which makes the place quiet and even safer. In order to contribute to making the stay even better, I suggest adding one or two pots a little larger than the one there, we went in a group of 7 to cook for a week, but that did not prevent us from having a good stay. I recommend and would be back for sure.

We spent the Easter holiday and the house is simply a great place to enjoy with the family. Air-conditioned rooms, all with an en-suite bathroom, a large kitchen with all the accessories and utensils you can imagine, and integrated with the dining and living room. The separate barbecue area next to the pool is also fantastic and complete! Equipped with a fridge, electric oven, Cooktop stove and various utensils. We don't miss anything. At the back of the house there is an orchard with different types of fruit and a very green grassy area! The children had a lot of fun and spent most of the time in the position. We are so grateful for the welcome we received from our host Sérgio. It was a spectacular family vacation!

Great option! The property fully matches the listing. When we arrived, the care with cleanliness was noticeable, especially in the bathrooms. Quality linens and utensils available. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people. The property is in a residential area, with a controlled flow of people and vehicles, without any inconvenience from noise and other excesses. I recommend hosting!!

Great little house in a gated condominium close to a supermarket. Very quiet with a large garden and outdoor area. The house has everything you will need for a great stay.

All set as advertised. We had unforeseen events that were quickly resolved. You can walk to the HRT / Anchieta / forum. I'll be back if you need me.

Location: apartment in a great spot, with a subway nearby, as well as being well located on easily accessible roads if you have a car or choose to use transportation by app. Comfort: very complete apartment, with kitchen, bathroom, very cozy bedroom. The building has a gym, affordable laundry, a court and a pool. There is also a mini-market inside the condominium. The doormen are kind and helpful. Host: has perfect communication, responding promptly to any demand. The instructions are clear, but if you have any questions, communication remains effective at all times. I intend to return to the unit on my next visits to the region. I highly recommend it.
