Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Tagliacozzo

Nice accommodation for anyone wishing to visit the likes of Tivoli and Villa Adriana by car. The place is clean and well equipped for cooking. It also doesn't get too hot which is a huge plus. Susanna was very friendly and helpful during our stay.

Siamo stati nell'appartamento di Francesco da giovedì a domenica e siamo stati benissimo ! l'appartamento è confortevole ed è presente tutto il necessario, come stare a casa propria! Monticchio è a dieci minuti da L'Aquila e a mezz'ora da Fonte Cerreto, da cui parte la funivia per il Gran Sasso. Il Gran Sasso è stupendo e, se ti piace la natura, il trekking, andare in bici o a cavallo, la posizione della casa è ottimale per raggiungere le attrazioni naturalistiche della zona. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr gut gefühlt. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es fehlt nichts. Die Terrasse ist einfach wundervoll. Sehr empfehlenwert.

Ons verblijf (met 2 heel jonge kindjes) in dit prachtige huisje was een ware verademing. Gelegen in een idyllische omgeving, ademt de locatie rust en natuur. Het huis zelf was brandschoon en tot in de puntjes verzorgd. De gastvrijheid van Lamberto was top - van het moment van aankomst tot vertrek voelden we ons meer dan welkom. Het huis was bovendien van alle gemakken voorzien, zelfs aan speelgoed voor de kinderen was gedacht. Het dorpje zelf is erg rustig, bijna verlaten, maar juist daardoor ervaar je hier een ongekende stilte en ontspanning. Het is een prima uitvalsbasis voor allerlei mooie excursies in de omgeving. Tot slot is er een charmant, authentiek restaurant in het dorp (Parkkeller). Het eten is er heerlijk en de sfeer gezellig, perfect voor een sfeervol diner na een dag vol avontuur.

Il soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo sia per la casa, completa di tutto e in una bellissima e panoramica posizione, sia per l'ospitalità con la quale siamo stati accolti. Ci hanno saputo consigliare sia per dove mangiare e per in generale sulle nostre richieste. Consiglio.

This is such a beautiful area! We had a long weekend out of the city and it was perfect. The views are stunning, and the place comes equipped with everything you might need. Elena was responsive and helpful. A hidden gem!

La casa di Celestino è una piccola perla sul lago del salto. Offre tutti i confort e ha una vista veramente bucolica. Celestino è stato gentilissimo e disponibile. L'area intorno alla casa è silenziosa, calma e rilassante. Da lì si raggiungono facilmente molte cose che il territorio offre se siete amanti di trekking e simili (noi siamo andati sul Monte la serra e nelle grotte di Val de Varri). An amazing location and hosts ---Outrageous Gardens and landscaping - to the inside; each room and respite were planned and decorated in a warm and family atmosphere. We were very surprised to have the owners greet us at the door - as we walked in the door - it was like you came home to the family from a long trip the table was full of cold cuts, cheese, wine, olives and they gave us breakfast eggs and toast for the next day. Super comfortable and well supplied with the things you need. They didn't miss a beat. On the last night they surprise us after dinner with dessert. Only an Hour and 15 min from the airport if you everything was 5 stars.

Charming, airy, light filled, Italian farmhouse apartment; expansive closets, very comfy bed and pillows, amazing views out the front door; quiet except for the birds. Excellent new stove/oven and big fridge; kitchenette adequately equipped for very simple cooking. Strong, reliable wifi. We did not use heat or ac (April 15-20 degrees every day). Easy to find, easy access with car, easy to park. Apartment is on second floor, comfortable staircase. Grocery store easy walk. Warm welcome, kind host invited us to pick artichokes from his garden. We enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank you Claudia and Osman.

Accueil très sympathique par Antonio. Logement élégant, beaucoup de marques d'attention: produits petit déjeuner, produits salles de bains, bouteille de vin... Calme environnant. Très belle piscine.

Domenica and her husband were great hosts and made me feel right at home. They transported me to and from the train station. Private unit downstairs, with fully equipped kitchen. Walked to amazing local restaurant Romoletto. The unit was clean and spacious.

Daniela met us to let us into the apartment which was presently clean and orderly. It does lack some rudimentary kitchen accessories should you wish to do some cooking -however, there are so many great restaurants, pizzerias in downtown Frascati that we had no time to cook during this stay. I would add a possible shower curtain to the one bathroom as the tub has a hose for showering off if one were sitting down in the tub, but to stand up one get water all over the floor so we opted to utilize this shower in the other bedroom which worked perfectly well. Overall, the flat has incredible views, especially so at night time! While, the parking can be a tad difficult. We found a SPOT and did not move our car during our stay. Overall, I would say this is a fantastic flat and Daniela could not have been nicer! I would rent here again for sure.! 🌹

Marco è gentile disponibile e velocissimo nel rispondere ad ogni richiesta e necessità. La casa è pulita ed accogliente, abbiamo trovato ancora più confort di quelli descritti nell'annuncio. Una esperienza riposante che ripeteremo con piacere e consigamo sicuramente! Ringraziamo Marco per questa piacevole anche se breve vacanza!

L'endroit est absolument merveilleux, tout la region aussi d'ailleurs. La maison est une veritable maison de famille, magnifique et aussi vivante et pleine de charme. Nous avons utilisé la cheminée pendant les nuits fraiches avec beaucoup de plaisir. La cuisine est très bien équipée. De nombreuses promenades et randonnées sont possibles a partir du domaine. Giacomo est un hôte sympathique, chaleureux et reactif, merci a lui et a sa famille de partager ce tresor. Nous sommes venus avec nos enfants et avons pu faire des parties de babyfoot endiablées, par contre nous etions un peu déçus que la table de ping pong mentionnée ait été cassée et donc pas utilisable. La 2eme chambre double - tres belle ! - mériterait aussi un meilleur matelas. Dans tous les cas un endroit merveilleux de beauté, de charme, de poesie ! Merci Giacomo !

My parents wanted to stay in a peaceful countryside and this was the perfect place! Surrounded by nature, this very rustic and charming house is what made us feel like we were in the heart of Italy. The best part was how accommodating our hostess Maria was. She offered to pick us up from the train station as we got a bit lost, she also offered to show us around town on our first day there. She really made the area of Roca di pappa have a lasting impression. Thank you Maria, for being such a warm and generous host!

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo alloggiato al villino per 4 giorni. Ci ha accolti Maria Laura mostrandoci la casa e consigliandoci dei posti da visitare durante il soggiorno. È stata accogliente e fin da subito disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. La casa è splendida, dotata di ogni comfort, pulita e ben riscaldata. Dal giardino è possibile ammirare il Monte Terminillo in tutto il suo splendore. La zona è ben riparata e silenziosa ideale per una vacanza rilassante. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e speriamo di tornarci presto.

Simple: en quelques mots, nous aurions aimé passer plus de temps chez Giovanni. Accueil parfait, même avec notre arrivée tardive. Giovanni nous attendait, s’est tenu disponible en permanence, a été l’hôte parfait finalement. À vous qui lirez ce message, soyez sans crainte quand au logement, l’emplacement et sa propreté. Il s’agit d’un havre de paix comme nous n’en avons rarement vu avec mon fiancé. Pour avoir beaucoup voyagé et énormément logé en RBNB, Giovanni est de loin le meilleur hôte. La maison trône sur les hauteurs et la vue est splendide sur le lac. Tout est à disposition, machine à laver, belle terrasse, barbecue. Merci à Giovanni pour tout, tant ses conseils, la balade en bateau sur le lac avec les explications historiques ainsi que sa réactivité permanente. Nous reviendrons à coup sûr! Elo & Alex

The home is a charming mix of old world decor and modern amenities. Laura was the consummate host—very responsive, friendly and professional. The house is in a neighborhood, so you will hear barking dogs from time to time. There are two grocery stores a short walk away. And we found it quite easy to get wherever we needed to go from there in our rental car (for which secure parking was also available). Our only complaint was that the beds were too firm for our old bodies (all in our 70’s).

There are not enough positives to give for our stay at Giovanna’s. The villa was absolutely stunning, the photos are amazing but it’s even better in person, a large beautiful garden and lovely pool. The place was spotless and had everything you could need. The most standout feature was what incredible hosts Giovanna and Ricardo were, they went out of their way to help us and were so exceptionally kind and willing to help us with anything we needed. There was always communication to make sure everything was okay and nothing was too much for them, they were even very understanding and patient whilst I tried to use my beginners Italian! They are some of the kindest people we have ever met and the villa is beautiful not to mention Tivoli and the surrounding area itself. Couldn’t recommend more.

Nove amici che non si vedevano da anni che hanno potuto godere del poco tempo insieme in uno spazio bellissimo, confortevole, dotato di tutti i comfort. La casa è pulita e ordinata (al punto da avere armadi con ripiani etichettati con vari accessori), ci siamo sentiti a casa dal primo momento. Francesca, la host, gentile e disponibile. Durante il nostro soggiorno ha nevicato tantissimo e Francesca si è premurata di sapere come stavamo e ha fatto di tutto per permetterci di essere sereni e goderci il posto magico dove eravamo. Un'esperienza bellissima.

Vi consiglio di andare alla tana se volete fare un'esperienza immersiva nel mondo di hogwarts, posto davvero incantevole e Arianna è super disponibile.
