Brand new and fully equipped house of 28 sqm in Danderyd 15 min north of central Stockholm. The house was finished in January 2024 and is located on a quiet dead-end street 100m from an amazing nature reserve with endless options for walking, hiking and swimming. In 10-15 minutes by car you can reach both the sea with nice swimming areas or two of Scandinavia's largest shopping malls (Täby Centrum and Mall of Scandinavia. The house has water-borne floor heating, a permanent workspace, good Wi-Fi and parking with charging.

My guest house consists of a bedroom and a wood-burning sauna. Lovely altar and outdoor shower. In the cabin of 15 sqm there is a toilet, sink, fridge, microwave, crockery, coffee press and kettle for easier cooking. On the deck there is a gas grill. Wonderful waterfront views. Sun all day and magical sunsets. Suitable for two people, and if you appreciate sauna and swimming, this will be perfect. Located on the island of Tranholmen where you can get via ferry 80 from Ropsten, 1/11-15/4 via footbridge from Stocksund.

New apartment 30 minutes outside of Stockholm

Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

Cozy loft close to the city with free ev charging.

Welcome to our cosy Loft that we just built! The loft is built above our garage beside our house and it accomodates you for a short stay of 2-3 people/small family or a longer stay of 1-2 people. Cot bed and child chair is available. The loft is located in a calm neighbourhood by the forest. Communications are great with commuter train and buses close by. Going by car to Stockholm takes about 15minutes. Car charging up to 50kWh/day is included. Let us know if you have any questions!
