Vacation rentals with beach access in Tablas Island

Ms Pearl Joy was kind enough to allow us to check in earlier than the check in time. The place is as listed. Complete and clean. She also communicated effectively and accomodated some of our requests. Wifi signal and mobile reception is good. The place is inside the Boracay Newcoast. There is a beach front exclusive for newcoast guests, its a few minutes walk but you can also hop in on the Comet shuttle service of the newcoast thats running from the entrance down to Cujo's Keyhole. Oceanway is located away from the busy hub of Boracay but not a problem at all as the Hop On Hop Off bus passes by oceanway, the HOHO bus is an effective transit to go around Boracay Island.

The place was easy access to everything. Place was affordable. We got everything we needed for a home to stay. There was a few minutes black out before we leave the place but good thing they have a reserve light inside the b&b. We had an awesome host (Giselle), our trip went smoothly because of all her help from the time we inquire about their place till even we left there place. Overall we enjoyed Romblon, romblon. We had a limited time but this experience was epic. Thank you, until next time!🙂

We stayed here for 3 nights and were super satisfied. Located right on the beach, the property offers virtually private beach access with nice seating and a clean beach section right outside the door. Bjørn was not present himself, but always communicated with us and made it easy to check in and get around. There was free drinking water and the place was clean. Unfortunately, the shower had trouble draining the water, which didn't really bother us. The area is quiet and you can really switch off very well here. For the price you definitely get a great experience on a quiet and beautiful island.

The stay was everything looked for in a 6 month stay in Boracay.. the residence was like home for 6 months I am spoiled now and expect every stay to have an ocean view / mt./golf course view every moment of every day it’s really nice to have a private beach at your disposal too. And then there’s Pooka Beach not 5 minutes away where you can get the locals vibe . 10 minuets on an ETrike or the Hop on Hoo off bus. And you’re at the world famous White Beach and D Mall. Chilling for Happy Hour.the host was quite responsive and a wealth of knowledge of the things to do and see. I highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

Hello everyone! We spent 17 wonderful nights at this place! We were so happy for our luck for living there. White, clean, cozy. You feel that everything new. The host provided all the necessary equipment, so we could cook breakfasts and have them with the beautiful view. And the view is sooo incredible! We can’t understand how to live without it. The washing machine - amazing. Two air conditions in each room. Enough space for me and my wife so everyone could enjoy the own space and have rest. Where will we stay next time in Boracay? For sure it is going to be Glenda’s apartment again! Thank you so much ♥️

The condo was so comfortable to relax in after a blissful day at the best beach on Boracay Island …Or just exploring the surroundings restaurants .. or visiting downtown !! The shower water pressure is awesome.. with plenty of hot water !! The bedroom is so comfortable to sleep in .. Especially the pillows ..The ice cold air-con Was remarkable . The staff was very friendly & informative … Your place represents quality .. comfort ..without breaking the bank !! !

We had a great vacation and enjoyed our 5 days stay at the place. Though it is not near the main beach it is very accessible by using the HOHO bus and we love that some of tourists destination like Puka beach and Keyhole are near, it also has a beach that is walking distance. The host is responsive and was able to give clear instructions which helped us during our stay. For activities, I highly recommend that you contact the person she told recommended to us Kuya Efren since he is very accommodating. If you are planning to have a peaceful stay at boracay after a long day of activities do not hesitate to book this place.

My 6 days of stay was really awesome. The place is quite, clean and the location is perfect as what i was expecting - away from busy streets and people. Foods serve was authentic and delicious -kudos to the daughter of the owner and the cook herself. The owner treated with care from the moment I arrived in odiongan port until he accompanied me back to the port. When I get back, I will surely book the same place. And ohh, the driver of Paul(Pablo) was also good to be with and able to provide me glimpsed of the island. Looking forward to visit you once again . The price is expensive, but the privacy is well maintained and the scenery is very good. If anyone wants to serve you, you can take them here.

Our stay at Giovanni’s was just amazing! Villa Rosita as a place to stay was much more and much better than we ever expected! It had a beautiful open living room and dining room space, as well as AC bedrooms. Having the restaurant on the doorstep with local cuisine made by our host, his family and team was perfect for breakfast and dinners as we needed - such a high quality standard! We made so many special memories on Romblon both as a group and also with Giovanni and his family. The help they provided with local recommendations of sightseeing spots and organising motorbike rentals with support made the island very accessible and everyday we got to see something new. If you are wanting an extra special and unique experience with a very accommodating host and family, as well as a stunning home that you instantly feel comfortable and lucky to have then this is the place for you! 100% would recommend Giovanni’s to anyone - me and my group will be coming back again and with family!

Our stay was short but worth it. The caretaker (Nino) was very helpful to us showing us all the parts of the house including the basic things that we need during our stay. The house was clean and homey, very comfortable, it feels like home away from home. Carla was very responsive in every inquiry that I ask. We plan to come back and stay for a longer period so we could explore more the area around Sta. Fe.

Stephan’s place worth what you paid for. I like the surrounding cause it’s peaceful and so relaxing.

The place was very nice and clean, the host was very kind and helpful with anything! The place is a bit far from the the main tourist areas however the hop on hop off will drop you right at the door and pick you up and runs frequently so there’s no problem getting around the island we got a 3 day pass for just 450 pesos!

They were very accommodating and responsive and even allowed us to stay until 2pm free of charge. They also catered our requests as we are 4 ladies staying in the room and need some things for our stay. The room is also easy to spot since it's just outside of the elevator and all the amenities mentioned are there. Too bad we didn't bad we didn't have much time to go to the pool area. Front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. There was just a brief power interruption in the evening but the generator was immediately opened and power was restored shortly after. The whole place is perfect for those who want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Boaracay. For suggestions, if they can get a full body mirror next time for the guests. Overall the stay was perfect. Thank you so much! 😊😊😊

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this lovely property, and we couldn't be more satisfied. The location is serene and peaceful, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was clean, well-organized and beautifully decorated, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The host (Sir Dondon) was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed exploring the nearby beach and local attractions but honestly, we could have spent our entire trip just lounging in the cozy living room. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet retreat. We can't wait to come back. ☺️

We LOVED this condo and the location! Very comfortable and clean inside. Beautiful views from the comfortable balcony. You can see the ocean to the north AND south, mountains to the east, and a beautiful golf course down below. Very helpful and polite on-site staff. Easy access to the Hop On Hop Off buses that run the same route around the island for only 50 pesos/person. We walked to Keyhole, ate at the Belmont Hotel and had excellent Mexican food at Cochi Loco near the Savoy. While the grounds of the Savoy were lovely, the restaurant was nothing great…cardboard pizza and too warm inside. Back to the condo: Maria Sue has decorated with a consistent, soft green from kitchen ware to linens. The live plants inside are an extra nice touch. The local assistant, Reda, was super responsive and helpful. Cannot wait to go back❤️

This place is perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet. Nice ambiance, super chill and comfortable, something about this place makes you feel right at home. It was nice to watch the sunrise at what seemed like our own private beach. Pool was great for night swimming. Friendly staff, stable wifi connection, and complete amenities—toiletries, towels, everything we needed to relax, recharge, clean, cook and dine—it made the whole trip so much easier for this single mom. There's also 7/11 and other restaurants nearby, but our favorite was the food stall right at the beach, selling iced coffees, fruit shakes, and "silog" meals. Since there were tables, chairs, and chaise lounges set up, you can enjoy your breakfast with the ocean in front of you. I suggest to take the HOHO (Hop-On-Hop-Off) Bus to get around the island; convenient and cheaper than tricycles. Schedule of bus trips is accessible online, although you wouldn't need to check, since HOHO buses pass by every 30-40min.

Mr. Ben's place is very spacious. It can accomodate like 6 guests but we're only couple. It has great amenities and very clean. Such a cold AC and fast wifi. We love the paradise beach near the flat. Overall, it was amazing stay! We love it so much. Thank you Mr. Ben for adding wonderful experience in our Boracay trip. 💕

We were so thrilled with our stay at May’s . The condo itself was pristine, spacious and comfortable, with a balcony and stunning views . We loved the pool and gym. The kitchen had an all amenities for daily cooking. The location was quiet and 10 minutes to all shopping and town. Local transportation made getting around very convenient. We visited all the beaches nearby with local transportation. Mae is an excellent host who responded immediately to our inquiries. We were sad to leave and plan a return stay. We give May a 5 plus for her condo in paradise.

We had such a wonderful stay at the Ocean Grand Villa in Boracay Newcoast! From start to finish, everything was smooth and enjoyable. Maria, the host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. She answered all our inquiries promptly and kindly approved our requests. Her hospitality was truly heartwarming and made us feel right at home. The villa itself was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. It had everything we needed and more. We especially loved how peaceful and relaxing the place was. It felt like a true escape. Honestly, we didn’t want to leave when it was time to head back to Manila! *Bonus: There is a Washing Machine that you can use. 😊
