Our guesthouse is located on the Danube bank and has its own beach. It is suitable for both winter and summer to snuggle, retreat, enjoy the proximity of the water and the mountains. Ideal for 4 people: a bedroom-walk-in closet suitable for 2 people and a gallery also for 2 people. Our kitchen is well-equipped: making a light breakfast or a cozy dinner is no problem. When designing the garden, it was important to preserve the natural state: the grass is mowed in an environmentally friendly way, so wild plants bloom in some places.

A rooftop pool offers a clear view of the skyline, with a clock tower visible in the distance. The water's surface reflects the sky, and the surrounding area features various rooftops, showcasing the blend of urban architecture.

We opened Kishaz for you in 2019. Ever since then you luckily return to us with pleasure :) According to your feedbacks, Kishaz immediately makes you feel like you are home and you don't want to leave the house when your holidays ends. We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

A modern living space showcases a combination of a spacious sofa, stylish dining area, and sleek kitchen. Brightness is enhanced by ceiling lights and large windows. Textured walls and artistic decor pieces contribute to the inviting ambiance, with a cozy rug adding warmth underfoot.

Our Splendid Rooftop Suite is a 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom fancy and modern accommodation, comfortable for 4 people in the heart of Pest side. The flat is furnished by unique design furniture in a historical building. 2 air-conditioners and window shutters make sure you will have a nice stay. Flat screen TV and high speed internet via Wi-Fi is also available in the whole apartment. The neighborhood offers nice cafes, bars and restaurants and the perfect start for discovering the whole city :)

Spring Cottage: Peace & quiet in a good location.

Spring Cottage is situated separately from the main house, affording the occupants complete privacy. It's in the middle of a garden surrounded by huge trees, with a gazebo opposite the cottage for guest use. Szentendre old town is within walking distance, as well as the local tram service to Budapest. Opposite the premises is a small shop. A short ten minute walk will take you to local shops, pharmacy etc. The hosts speak three languages: English, Hungarian and Italian and some Finnish.

A few steps away is the Budapest section of the Great Danube, where you can reach the sights of the city with an easy walk, enjoy the view of Gellért Hill, the Chain Bridge, the Liberty Bridge. The nearby Whale building can be admired as an architectural specialty, but you can also relax on its terrace with a good coffee and delicious food.
