Sleeping areas- 2 bedrooms on main level-each has a double bed, a loft w/double mattress(wooden ladder), downstairs a bedroom with bunk bed set and a futon. Excellent walk out swim area or jump off the dock with swim up ladder. Included firewood, use of kayaks. Great fishing. Come make great family vacation memories! Cottage #2, at 6712 Elm Beach Road, Ovid NY, is a private setting, on a bank on the edge of host's woodlot. The screened-in porch overlooks Elm Beach, directly across the road. This cottage is to the right/north of Cottage #1. Each cottage is private, and has its own separate parking, stairs and entranceway. The property is at the middle of Cayuga Lake, in the heart of the Finger Lakes, with level beach frontage, fine gravel, right on Elm Beach Road, well away from State Route 89 traffic.

In case of very cold weather bring a space heater. 4 bedrooms (rooms have curtains instead of doors). 5 beds plus futon on enclosed porch. Has WIFI. Full kitchen, dining room and bath with shower. Grill provided. Sheets and towels, pillows, blankets provided. Guests provide paper towels, toilet paper, food, etc
