Vacation rentals with a patio in Sylvan Beach

We were n town for a family funeral, but wanted to enjoy the company of extended family while in town. We couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Beautiful area—so conducive to reflection and yet perfectly set up for communing with family. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our short stay at Teresa’s apartment. It had everything we needed including water and seltzer in the fridge, snacks and tea/coffee. We would stay here again when traveling in the area.

Wonderful night stay when I was moving my daughter out of her dorm. Very clean and tastefully decorated. Jeffrey was there to greet us as we arrived. The location was very close to the university as well as Recess coffee shop and Rise and Shine. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed in the 2-bedroom apartment during my 20-year Colgate Reunion and had a very peaceful, relaxing stay. I was very comfortable in the apartment and had everything I needed. I loved the view from the bedroom window and enjoyed walking around outside to see the beautiful gardens, pond, orchard, and windmills. I really appreciated little details like bottled water and the welcome message John wrote on the whiteboard. Thank you so much!

JackSun had a beautiful place. The house was very clean with lots of kitchen utensils and towels. The place is exactly as described we kayaked and enjoyed the hot tub then grilling after by the fireplace. The only thing that didn’t work was the tv and fireplace.

David and Rachel were the absolute perfect hosts and I had an amazing time staying at their place.

Great apartment, it seems as if the place was just remodeled, everything was really clean from the door mat to the sheets. clutter free and QUIET new appliances with pots pans and cooking itesm along woth glassware and Keurig coffe maker 100% would recomend for anyone in the area .....even if you are visiting Utica its worth a look! Feels like home at an affordable rate Dollar for Dollar worth every penny !

We had a wonderful time at Prasanna's place. The home has all the features to entertain young and all. The area is surrounded by open, green spaces, giving a very pleasant feel of peacefulness and relaxation. The home is fully equipped with plenty of the necessary tools to make the stay super comfortable. The bedrooms are nice and a good size to accomodate a larger group, and the decoration in general aims for comfort and harmonious feel. The recreation room downstairs is a nice bonus, especially on rainy days.

Love the house Chris was very helpful and everything we asked or needed. The area is perfect for a nice getaway with you and your family like I did definitely will return here in the future.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The hosts were great with communication and have created a space that is warm and inviting. In addition, there are many walkable bars/ restaurants in the area. We would love yo stay again in the future. Highly recommend!!

This was a great stay. The house was beautifully appointed and comfortable. The view was OUTSTANDING! My husband and I even chose the slightly smaller bed in the back bedroom just so we could wake up to the lake view at sunrise (it would have been wasted on our son who sleeps until 2pm). Tracy was very accommodating when we made a last minute change. The decor was relaxing and the house was very comfortable for the 4 of us for a long weekend. We would love to come back.

Rented this for son, fiancée and wedding party. Merrie was incredible! She even gave them a wedding gift ❤️. House is outstanding... Impeccable design. We had an incredible stay at this beautiful lake house! The snowy landscape and the frozen lake created a magical winter wonderland, making it the perfect getaway. The house itself was in a fantastic location, close to good restaurants and casinos, yet still felt private and peaceful. The fully loaded kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and the board games were a great touch for cozy nights in. One of the highlights of our stay was enjoying s’mores by the bonfire, a perfect way to end the day. The views from the house were simply breathtaking, and the thoughtful amenities made our stay so comfortable. If you're looking for a place to relax, unwind, and make wonderful memories, this is it. Highly recommend!

Mary and Bob were fabulous hosts! The pictures do not give this amazing house justice it is beautiful and massive inside! They were so helpful and quick to respond with any questions and help when we ran into an issue with the stove (not their fault at all there was a storm that flipped a breaker) - just want to highlight how quickly they responded and rectified the situation! Great location and highly highly recommend!!

Our stay was amazing. The host was very responsive and communicative. Upon arrival, we found the house to be immaculately clean, and very welcoming with folded towels on each bed nicely made up. The waterfront property was peaceful and a great view out from the deck, hot tub, living room, and master bedroom.

Comfortable space in great neighborhood. I arrived late at night and it was a bit stressful to find the door hidden in a little walkway but after that very easy to get in. The condo was nicely laid out and the location was fun- walkable restaurants and museums. Bathroom sink was clogged but it really didn’t bother me too much. Nice big washer and dryer and air conditioning to make the space very comfortable. It is on the street above lively bar scene but was pretty quiet inside.

Great location. I was in town to attend my granddaughter’s Christening. Took in the casino as well. Enjoyable stay.
