Our tiny, traditional house, hand-built in 1924, consists of a kitchen and bathroom downstairs (19 sq.m) and a double bedroom upstairs (16 sq.m) as well as a big and lovely terrace. It is located in the traditional village of Svoronata, less than a mile from the airport (0.9 mi), Ammes beach (0.5 mi) and many other beautiful coasts. Joya's Little Farm Cottage

A little private cottage with its own entrance at the border of the village of Sarlata. The cottage is fully equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom and a spacious cozy room. It is quiet and cozy with its private front yard enjoying the shade the old vine produces with private parking. The cottage enjoys views of orange trees and fig trees. It is located near famous crystal-clear sandy beaches such as Avithos, Spasmata , Minies and Ammes beach. Car hire arrangements available upon request.

Moschato Estate is set in a 4,500 m olive grove in the outskirts of the village ² Svoronata. The estate comprises 3 villas, Joyiana, Laoura and Virginia. There are over 80 olive trees in the grounds. Situated in the countryside surrounded by vineyards and other olive groves. It is a serene and quiet place, perfect for a relaxing holiday. The villas are surrounded by olive, fig and citrus fruit trees, also lavender, rosemary and other low bushes and flowers.
