Een mooi, oud maar gezellig Noors huis met een goed ingerichte keuken. De badkamer is wat klein maar verder prima. Het huis ligt in een klein dorpje met een supermarkt om de hoek. Mooie en rustige ligging.

We loved Camilla’s home. It was spotless, well designed, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. Camilla responded quickly when there were questions and fave is a heads up that there was a holiday shortly after we arrived and that markets might be closed, so we were able to stock up before then. We would love to return someday! Thanks Camilla!

The best airbnb we've stayed in! The pictures of the post don't do its justice for the breathtaking view that stunned us the moment we arrived. The house is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well maintained and more than fully stocked. So perfect, that we could've stayed forever.:) I left my phone time-lapsed the midnight run's movement overnight in the living room. Couldn't think of anywhere else could offer such comfort. Marius was very responsive and considerate. The instruction to find the house is clear. Just pay attention to the house #. It will help in finding the way. Located conveniently close to Leknes which has everything. Minor notes: no microwave nor shampoo. But the place was so flawless that we didn't mind. A sidenote - Sorry I turned off the heater coz it's warm. I only learned later that in Norway it is probably more energy efficient to leave the main heater on all the time. I should have known better. A truly unforgettable experience-highly recommend!

Le logement est superbe, avec une vue imprenable sur le fjord et les montagnes. L’emplacement est idéal, à une distance raisonnable de Svolvær, point de départ de nombreuses activités. La propreté était irréprochable, rien à redire. Seul petit bémol pour ceux qui voyagent en hiver : la quantité de bois fournie pour le chauffage est, selon moi, insuffisante. Le propriétaire nous a précisé qu’il nous appartenait d’acheter du bois, alors que le poêle constitue la seule source de chauffage. Mis à part ce détail, notre séjour a été absolument parfait.

We absolutely loved our stay at Angelita’s Rorbu! It is spectacular. The views are breathtaking at all times of day - it’s such a peaceful and tranquil place to wind down while exploring Lofoten. The apartment is gorgeous inside and Angelita provided every possible amenity to make it feel like home. We loved cooking in the kitchen with local seafood (and Angelita’s incredible seaweed products - her shop is a must-visit)! We really appreciated the tranquil location away from the crowds but only 5 minutes or so from town for grocery shopping, etc. We loved the location of the rorbu in Lofoten. We explored towns, hiked, wandered and followed many of Angelita’s recommendations - and then loved winding down in the evenings at this magical spot! Angelita was responsive, helpful and so kind. We would love to return and stay here in the future!!

Hilde‘s home is one of the most beautiful places I have ever stayed in. It’s elegant, cozy, warm, beautifully decorated, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make yourself feel completely at home. There are baskets of sweaters so you can sit warmly on the balcony and watch the water and the light change. She has thought of every detail you might want to be able to relax fully and enjoy this unusual island. She even has binoculars for you to use to watch the birds and any sea animals that might come by. She was helpful, kind and timely in every interaction I had with her. I could stay here happy for a month and perhaps I will another time!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus bietet viel Raum und einen wunderbaren Blick auf den Fjord und die Berge. Leider konnten wir die Terasse nicht genießen, weil es zu viel geregnet hat, aber sie ist ein weiteres Highlight.

la maison est super! très bien équipée, confortable, décorées et très propre. Le sauna et le bain nordique jacuzzi ont été un vrai plus après nos superbes randonnées. la situation est très bien pour visiter les Lofotens et faire de belles randonnées. Heinrick est très accueillant et sympathique. Je recommande plus plus.

We stayed a week, and the location couldn’t be more picturesque. It is in an enclave of three buildings at the end of its own steep fjord, over 1 km inset from the one road connecting it to the rest of civilization. You really get a sense of the solitude that might be typical of so many homes in rural Lofoten or in Knut Hamsun literary works. Despite its isolation, the home – an ADU – had all modern conveniences working fairly well. Cell phone connection in certain weather conditions was sketchy on one or two occasions, but Internet was always strong. Kitchen appliances and climate control all worked well. Wood-burning stove heater had all the fuel you might want. Of course, visitors are very dependent on their car. The nearest shopping or tourist attractions, even gas/electric charge stations and convenience stores, are a 20-25 minute drive away. Finally, the hosts were completely accessible during our 1 week stay.

Great place right next to ferry. Quick helpful communication throughout the booking and checkin process. Place was exactly as described.

Mycket trevligt boende, nära till allting. Parkering nära boendet, kostar dock lite grann. I övrigt mycket bra boende med bastu.

May was very accommodating and very quick to respond with any questions. The place was very clean and had all of the necessities.

An amazing place to spend your travel days. It’s creative, contemporary, lots of natural light and all white and woody. It’s so beautifully done that you feel like not stepping out. Loved the place, loved the surrounding, loved the warmth of Marco and the awesome local tips and recommendations that made the trip all the more memorable! From the Lofoten Vibes to works best cinnamon rolls, to the fire place to the varied book collection and the outstanding balcony view!!! Thanks a lot Marco and hope to visit again :)

Nusfjord is a beautiful location. We used it as a base to do several hikes around the island. The house itself is easy to find. Anne Lise was quick to respond. Instructions were clear and check in and out easy. Kitchen stands out in completeness, also the bathroom and shower are a definite plus. Would most definitely recommend!!!

Catherine should be very proud of her “top-notch” housekeeping because of the 8 places we’ve stayed in during our trip through North Norway it was certainly the cleanest… although one other would have given it a good run for its money! Thank you and much appreciated. The self-contained ground floor apartment suited us for our short stay. It had the things we needed and we enjoyed the view from the window with glimpses of the Svolvær airstrip and the Hurtigruten passing by. Access from the E10 is extremely easy making an easy drive into Svolvær and the surrounding areas. Although had we stayed longer we would have preferred to be able to hike direct from the property, which appeared difficult.

Our trip was a mix of working remotely and hiking. Tone's place is in a great location for many beautiful hikes and makes the driving manageable each day. For the days I worked, the internet was fast and I could do everything I needed to. It's also within walking distance to the grocery store and a small cafe. The neighborhood is as quiet and safe as you can get. We arrived late, and check-in was easy. Tone was very responsive before and during the trip. We had rain a few days during our trip and it feels spacious and cozy inside for two. The ladder to the loft is a bit steep and awkward and it's easy to accidentally hit your head on the beam at the top. For those with mobility issues, it could be challenging to get up and down. Overall, we're glad we stayed here and would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was just as described and pictured. Elisabeth’s place was very comfortable, cozy, and warm. Our cat host was wonderful and super snuggly as well ☺️ Elisabeth was great at communicating and gave us lots of great suggestions. We were able to see the northern lights from the yard and the neighbor even gave us a great suggestion for a hike we did the next day. Would stay here again if we ever get the chance!

Fida was extremely friendly and happy to help. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would love to come again in future! The location is beautiful, just a little outside the centre which is perfect for me, and a short walk to get to some mountains, with great views while you're at the house.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach super! Die Lodge ist sehr schön und modern, optimal eingerichtet und ausgestattet mit allem was man sich wünschen kann. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gross und einladend, ebenso die Badezimmer. Der Aussenbereich lädt ein zum verweilen, mit einer grossen Terasse, einer bequemen Lounge und einem Aussenkamin. Die Inserat Fotos entsprechen vollkommen der Realität. Die Lage, direkt am Wasser ist einfach nur herrlich und optimal als Ausgangspunkt um die Vesteralen oder die Lofoten zu erkunden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Gastgeber waren unglaublich zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit mit allem. Yngvar hat uns in jeglichen Belangen unterstützt, sei es mit Auskünften oder sogar mit der Beschaffung eines grösseren Tiefkühlers :-) Vielen Dank nochmal :-) Wir haben wirklich alles an dieser Unterkunft und unserem Aufenthalt geliebt. Wir würden die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Es ist einfach nur perfekt.

Amazing. Just amazing. One of the best we have ever stayed in.

The house is very well cared for and beautifully situated with great views and access to a cool walk along the water. It sits at the end of a road in a quirky local neighborhood. It has everything you need including a washer and dryer, a lovely modern bathroom with a large tub and separate shower. Great base to see lots of popular hikes. Also very close to the super cute village of Nusfjord. The only problem was staying up way too late each night to look out the windows.

De woning heeft inderdaad een uitzicht dat je niet vaak zal tegenkomen en is voorzien van alle luxe die je maar wenst. Veel privacy, licht lucht en ruimte op een paar km van de plaats Stokmarknes. In deze plaats vind je alle hoognodige zaken met name in één van de vele supermarkten. Het brood bij de locale bakker is heerlijk. Het is dus een uitstekend vertrekpunt voor sightseeing en een van de vele indrukwekkende wandelingen in de Vesteralen.

Ein tolles Haus, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Mit allem, was man benötigt und sich vorstellt. Ein kleines Problem mit dem Wasser durch den plötzlichen Wintereinbruch konnte dank einer sehr schnellen Kommunikation und Reaktion behoben werden. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Ganz herzlichen Dank

We had a great stay in Eggum! We liked the peaceful location. The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Our kid particularly enjoyed the toy trains when we were in the house :)
