Vacation rentals with a patio in Sveti Vlas

Im Cascadas Resort haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Anlage war stets sauber und sie ist sehr schön gestaltet, von den Pools zu den Spielplätzen bis hin zu den Pflanzen. In Adrianas Wohnung haben wir eine schöne Zeit gehabt. Bei der Einrichtung wurde sich Mühe gegeben, alles ist stilvoll eingerichtet. Auf Fragen hat Adriana sofort reagiert und hat umgehend alles geregelt. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt, liebe Adriana.

Всё было великолепно. Нам с детьми очень понравилось наше пребывание в апартаментах и в комплексе в целом. Лена - супер хозяйка, поселила нас и рассказала всю необходимую информацию для комфортного отдыха. Апартаменты с прекрасным ремонтом и хорошо оборудованы. Однозначно рекомендую!!!

It was a true highlight of our stay in Bulgaria! Great apartment with a spacious balcony with a park view, 10min walk from everything you need, like the beach, restaurants in Nessebar etc. Highly recommend!

Thank you, everything was fine. The apartment is a bit small for three people, but cozy. Aneta was very welcoming and responsive in communication. The presence of a swimming pool is a nice bonus, we visited it a couple of times. You can walk to the beach quite quickly. Thank you, Aneta!

Бяхме много доволни от престоя си. Катерина е супер домакин отговаряше много бързо на всичките ни въпроси ,невероятна чистота на апартамента, имаше всичко необходимо за комфортен престой. На територията на комплекса има ресторант и магазин, което е много удобно. Басейнът е добре подържан, морето е много близо. Другата година ако изберем България за почивка отново ще изберем Свети Влас и със сигурност при Катерина. Благодарим за прекрасната почивка.

Beautiful complex, near the sea and the center of the resort. Super comfortable mattress and we woke up really rested after a long travelling the day before. The only issue was the noise of the morning traffic because it's near the main road so we had to close the door of the balcony. I guess in summer if you sleep with the AC on and close door this will not bother you. There was complementary champagne in the fridge which was a super nice surprise. We stayed only one night but we left with a great impression. We highly recommend this place.

The flat was clean and in a quiet location. Bars and coffee shops just a few minutes walk. The flat had a good size bath tub as well as a shower. A two minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to Burgas. The buses run frequently and into the evening

We enjoyed a great stay at the villa .every thing was very much as described in the listing. The host was really helpful and always available.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Wonderful house

Къщата е истинско съкровище. На снимките, дори не са посочени подробно всички удобства. Настаняването е самостоятелно, с ключ в сейф с код, собствено паркомясто пред къщата (постоянно си виждате колата), комплекса е затворен и с видеонаблюдение. С контролиран достъп (портиер с бариера на входа). Вилата е отделена от хотелската част и сред други вили, красиво и подредено. Басейна е само за ползването на вилата и е в задния двор на къщата. Има ограда 1,5м около вилата. Има абсолютно всичко необходимо за престой. В комплекса има супермаркет с всичко необходимо от козметика до храна и напитки. Има и бар при басейна на хотелския комплекс със страхотни коктейли. Вилата е подходяща, ако искате спокойствие и уединение. Просторна и удобна. Има много котки в комплекса. Гальовни, не са нахални, чистички са. Комуникацията с Алан беше безпроблемна. Всичко беше обяснено подробно. Тръгнахме си тъжни, защото ни се оставаше! Благодаря Ви, ще се върнем пак догодина с удоволствие.

A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Despite being near the main road the house was very quiet with good quality windows and doors. Superb beds, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. All kitchen equipment new and the place was clean and tidy, the modern fixtures and fittings made it feel clutter free. Rado was always quick to reply to any queries. Loved Sarafavo for easy access to shops, restaurants, airport and the beach. Thank you - we enjoyed our stay.

Попробовали жить не у моря, а «в горах» и не пожалели. Очень тихо, прохладно ночами, свежий воздух и никаких запахов от ресторанов. Домик очень чистый и уютный, есть все необходимое. Единственное что немного испортило отдых - отсутствие москитных сеток на окнах и дверях. Насекомых очень много. В остальном все отлично, много парковочных мест, тихие и вежливые соседи. Иногда роза ветров приносит ностальгические запахи с соседней фермы, это добавляет колорита. Если у вас нет машины - этот вариант не для вас. Но если вы устали от шумных курортов - выбирайте этот вариант!

We had a very good week in Sveti Vlas. Oliver is a very helpful host, it was easy to check in and out and he responds quickly to questions. The poolarea was very quiet and nice. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. There are restaurants on the street and a mini market, a larger grocery store is 5 minutes' walk away. Also walking distance to the center and the harbour. We can really recommend this apartment!

Katerina en haar man waren ontzettend behulpzaam. Onze telefoon was gestolen en Katerina en haar man hebben alles uit de kast getrokken om de telefoon weer terug te vinden. ( Dit is ook gelukt ). Los van dit, zijn het ontzettend aardige mensen die graag willen helpen. Je kunt ze alles vragen en ze zullen altijd antwoord geven. Het was echt een perfecte ervaring!

Perfect location minutes from both the beach and old town Nessebar! There is a supermarket steps away and some great restaurants right in the “new town”. The complex is very clean and modern, and the pool was a nice amenity as well. Kamila was nice enough to wash some of my clothes as well!

C'est une petite et belle Riviera du côté de Bourgas ! L'appartement est flambant neuf, plein de style et de goût et très propre. Il a tout ce dont j'avais besoin. C'est ici que je passerai les prochaines vacances d'été. Le jardin devant la terrasse est très beau. La piscine est grande et très propre. Les draps et les serviettes sont blancs comme neige. Merci beaucoup pour votre hospitalité et votre aide!

We were here last year, and now we came back to home with same feelings: another wonderful weekend. Rayna helped a lot with this: clear and comfortable apartment, with all you need to have for a family. She waited for us, helped us with the accommodation. During our vacation we were asked if we were ok, if we needed anything else - it was very nice from them. So, if you want to spend a great vacation, in an atmosphere like home - I wholeheartedly recommend Rayna.

Все понравилось, была только проблема с интернетом, но для нас самое важное было - это солнце и море. Бесплатная стоянка есть недалеко около заправки, магазины рядом, до моря 5 минут ходьбы.

Gregory is an exceptionally welcoming and lovely person. He was always available for everything we needed. Before we arrived at the apartment as well as during our stay, we had a great communication with him. We were impressed by his energy, kindness, and warm attitude. The greatest advantage of the apartment is the view. It has two balconies. One is on the east with a view to the sea and the swimming pool, and another one is on the west with a view to the sea, to the restaurant Cactus and to the street. The sea view is not frontal, it`s side, but it doesn’t make it any less impressive. The apartment is located on the ground floor. It`s equipped with everything needed for a pleasurable and relaxing stay, including good Wi-Fi connection. The beach is below the level of the building, and it takes only 2 minutes to get down to it. This is heavenly place.
