Vacation rentals with a patio in Sveti Vlas

It was amazing, the place had everything we needed and a good mix of private and social rooms, and more than enough balconies for each of us, would happily stay again

Everything was great. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay in the apartment and in the complex as a whole. Lena is a super host, settled us in and told us all the necessary information for a comfortable stay. The apartment is beautifully renovated and well equipped. Definitely recommend!!!

The apartment exceeded expectations! Very clean, beautiful, with a great view, not far from the sea. A few good supermarkets nearby. Petranka provided a place for the car, was always in touch. We will definitely come back!

It was a true highlight of our stay in Bulgaria! Great apartment with a spacious balcony with a park view, 10min walk from everything you need, like the beach, restaurants in Nessebar etc. Highly recommend!

Thank you, everything was fine. The apartment is a bit small for three people, but cozy. Aneta was very welcoming and responsive in communication. The presence of a swimming pool is a nice bonus, we visited it a couple of times. You can walk to the beach quite quickly. Thank you, Aneta!

This was our second stay at Peter’s apartment, we came back this summer since the apartment is great, the location is very close to the sea, stay at the apartment was very comfortable. The apartment is bright and big, it has a great view and big windows. We enjoyed breakfasts at the balcony with the sea view eating local figues and nectarines. Location of the apartment is convenient, it’s a few minutes walk to the sea, supermarket and bus/taxi. The swimming pool is the best in the area. We know the area and can compare, this complex is well maintained and secure. There are many utensils and cooking equipment in the apartment, it has a new shower. Bedsheets and towels are clean. Management company was very responsive to our requests. Peter and Tanja are very welcoming and responsive, they were very kind to let us stay longer since we had a late flight. Thank you!

Kateryna responded quickly to our messages. The apartament was clean, had everything what we needed. Is very close to the beach and in the complex are pools with slides, which are well maintained and perfect for the kids. If we return to Bulgaria for holiday, for sure we will come back to Kateryna's place.

Beautiful complex, near the sea and the center of the resort. Super comfortable mattress and we woke up really rested after a long travelling the day before. The only issue was the noise of the morning traffic because it's near the main road so we had to close the door of the balcony. I guess in summer if you sleep with the AC on and close door this will not bother you. There was complementary champagne in the fridge which was a super nice surprise. We stayed only one night but we left with a great impression. We highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed a great stay at the villa .every thing was very much as described in the listing. The host was really helpful and always available.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Wonderful house

The home is a real gem. In the pictures, not even detailed all the amenities. The check-in is self contained, with a key in a lock box with a code, own parking space in front of the house (you constantly see your car), the complex is closed and with CCTV. With controlled access (doorman with barrier at entrance). The villa is separated from the hotel area and among other villas, beautifully and tidy. The pool is for the use of the cottage only and is in the backyard of the house. There is a 1.5m fence around the cottage. It has absolutely everything you need for a stay. There is a supermarket in the complex with everything you need from cosmetics to food and drinks. There is also a bar at the hotel complex pool with great cocktails. The villa is suitable if you want peace and privacy. Spacious and comfortable. There are many cats in the complex. Petty, not cheeky, they are clean. Communication with Alan was smooth. Everything was explained in detail. We left sad because we needed to stay! Thank you, we will be back again next year with pleasure.

A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Despite being near the main road the house was very quiet with good quality windows and doors. Superb beds, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. All kitchen equipment new and the place was clean and tidy, the modern fixtures and fittings made it feel clutter free. Rado was always quick to reply to any queries. Loved Sarafavo for easy access to shops, restaurants, airport and the beach. Thank you - we enjoyed our stay.

We tried to live not by the sea, but “in the mountains” and did not regret it. Very quiet, cool at night, fresh air and no smells from restaurants. The cabin is very clean and cozy, there is everything you need. The only thing that ruined the rest a little - the lack of mosquito nets on the windows and doors. There are a lot of insects. Otherwise everything is great, lots of parking spots, quiet and polite neighbors. Sometimes a rose of winds brings nostalgic smells from a neighboring farm, this adds color. If you don't have a car, this is not your place. But if you are tired of noisy resorts, choose this option!

We had a very good week in Sveti Vlas. Oliver is a very helpful host, it was easy to check in and out and he responds quickly to questions. The poolarea was very quiet and nice. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away. There are restaurants on the street and a mini market, a larger grocery store is 5 minutes' walk away. Also walking distance to the center and the harbour. We can really recommend this apartment!

Good vacation accommodation, comfortable enough for a large family or company.

Perfect location minutes from both the beach and old town Nessebar! There is a supermarket steps away and some great restaurants right in the “new town”. The complex is very clean and modern, and the pool was a nice amenity as well. Kamila was nice enough to wash some of my clothes as well!

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

We were here last year, and now we came back to home with same feelings: another wonderful weekend. Rayna helped a lot with this: clear and comfortable apartment, with all you need to have for a family. She waited for us, helped us with the accommodation. During our vacation we were asked if we were ok, if we needed anything else - it was very nice from them. So, if you want to spend a great vacation, in an atmosphere like home - I wholeheartedly recommend Rayna.

Gregory is an exceptionally welcoming and lovely person. He was always available for everything we needed. Before we arrived at the apartment as well as during our stay, we had a great communication with him. We were impressed by his energy, kindness, and warm attitude. The greatest advantage of the apartment is the view. It has two balconies. One is on the east with a view to the sea and the swimming pool, and another one is on the west with a view to the sea, to the restaurant Cactus and to the street. The sea view is not frontal, it`s side, but it doesn’t make it any less impressive. The apartment is located on the ground floor. It`s equipped with everything needed for a pleasurable and relaxing stay, including good Wi-Fi connection. The beach is below the level of the building, and it takes only 2 minutes to get down to it. This is heavenly place.
