Well, this place was so beautiful and great, the view over the sea and the olive yard, that I cannot describe how much peace it gave me. The house is so nice and petite, everything just makes sense. It made me so happy! Everything! Jere, Gordana & Jelena are great, they will make an enormous effort to make you feel at home immediately. I had a terrific five days at the house, for me it felt like it lasted weeks. Will return ;-) Thank you all! (Travelled alone as a female, this place felt totally safe ;-)

Cornelis's apartment was so lovely! Very clean and comfortable. Perfect location as restaurants nearby and a short taxi ride from Zadar. Cornelis and Dina were great hosts and gave us lots of recommendations. I would definitely go back here!

Best place I could have imagined!! The cottage is small but exactly perfect for what you need. The veranda is very large and has very nice furniture. It is very private, and you only hear some dogs barking occasionally. You can chill under the olive trees, light the BBQ or go out on the lake in the canoe. Down by the lake, you are completely private, and you sometimes see someone fishing along the side. Nothing more. Wonderful!!!! Bring water shoes like everywhere in Croatia to get into the water well. Someone already wrote: it is a paradise... it really is! If we go to Croatia again, this is what I'm going to book again!! 2-day stay in toni's apartment in June. Well-maintained place, clean terrace with sea view. Direct private access to the sea with deckchair. Beautiful view. Beautiful discovery. Toni is very responsive and responds immediately to messages.

It was a great stay. Great, hospitable hosts. Beautiful place with direct access to the sea. There is a terrace, barbecue, garden, sun loungers, umbrellas on the beach. Dominik and his brother were helpful at any time (rental of bikes, scooters, electric scooters, Łódź, speedboats). Aurelia and her husband were very welcoming, they are wonderful people. I recommend to everyone. Thank you and see you soon 😉

Our holidays in this unique place was magnificient from the first moment we step on the land! Highly recommend to all nature lovers who love to connect with nature and peace. We love the seclusion of this place where your mind & heart can really rest. Renting Bozo's kayak was a sweet cherry on the top of this vacation. We have truly found a special place which we already miss.

We loved to stay in this lovely home. The view is stunning here. The pool is a great refreshment. Altogether very private and calming experience. Lots of activities in the surroundings. I definitely recommend.

Incredibly beautiful! The house has everything you need. Above all, it is very clean. The terrace and the view of the sea are unique. Communication is very friendly, straightforward and fast. But the location is unbeatable. You only go a few steps from the accommodation and you are by the sea and all to yourself. You are not forced to interact with others here. However, if you have any questions, you can always contact the host's very courteous father. (Lives in the next house). If you are looking for a quiet vacation, without crowds, with great views, this is definitely the place to be. Absolute recommendation!

There were three of us with our daughter in the villa. The villa is very well equipped (enough towels, etc.) and is very clean. The location is fantastic and the villa has great sea views and there is easy access to the sea. At night you could also hear the sea. Our daughter enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi very much. The surroundings are very quiet and you can just relax. We lacked nothing and everything was great and perfect. Communication with Ivana was great. We would definitely gladly come back.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

We spent a wonderful week here as a group of 3 adults and 4 kids, and there was more than enough space for everyone. The apartment was clean and well-equipped, with all furniture and appliances in great condition. The location is peaceful, with the beach just about a 10-minute walk away (15 if you're walking with little ones). The beach itself is very clean and not crowded. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids, and they also loved the trampoline. There's also a beautiful walking trail nearby, perfect for morning strolls. We would recommend renting a car during your stay, as grocery shopping and getting around without one can be a bit inconvenient. Overall, a great place for a family holiday!

We loved our stay at house Maria. It was in a nice neighborhood walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. Having 3 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was wonderful for our group of 3 couples. The sunset over the water from the upper deck was beautiful and the side terrace was nicely shaded in the afternoon. We mostly spent time in Zadar and also went to Plitvice, and Sukošan was the perfect location for easy access to both. Maria and Branka were very accessible and we enjoyed the delicious homemade Limoncello they provided! Yum!! Thank you both for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is pristine, looks like new and very well equipped. Could not fault it, it is better than described and very nicely furnished. The terrace is fantastic, we spent a lot of time there and the access to the sea is easy, down some steps and then there is an area for sunbathing and a ladder into the water. The location is perfect for those who want a bit of peace and quiet. Milan was a great host, very obliging and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend!

Wow! I felt very comfortable with Vesna from the first minute. You don't meet such warm and friendly people often. The place was perfect for me. You can start the morning quietly overlooking the sea and from Bininje it is only 10 minutes by car to Zadar. If you don't have a car, you can also get around very cheaply by Bolt/Uber. Vesna was always available and gave very good tips and recommendations. I loved the stay. There is a supermarket (Spar) 10 minutes' walk away. Great restaurants and a beach are also not far from here. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!I will definitely come back here. Thanks for the wonderful time.

We loved Ana’s place. The views of the mountains and sea were unbelievable, the pictures do not do it justice. Ana was so friendly and welcoming. Was a nice walk (5-8 mins) into nearby town, and easy to access Paklenica, Zadar, and local beaches by car.

The accommodation is very well located. It is nice, clean and very well-equipped. We immediately felt comfortable there! The kids loved the trampoline and the adults enjoyed the very comfortable chairs on the terrace. Small downside on the 2 extra beds (to be 8 in the house) which have very thin mattresses.

The apartment was renovated,the bathrooms were completely new. Another thing we were missing were rowiacs to hang towels in the bathrooms and a small storage space in the bathrooms. The kitchen is poorly furnished for the arrival of 9ludi,but the owner said that she would go to the future to fix it. There is no air conditioning on the rooms, but there were fans. We also had a great vacation thanks to a really big terrace where we spent almost all the time together. The apartment is pleasantly very close to the sea,in a dead-end street,where not many cars. I highly recommend it also for families with children.

We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back one day. The garden is beautiful, the ocean right in front of the house and a little turtle you can feed some salat. David and Izidora gave us some watermelon and tips about the area. It was lovely!

We had wonderful days at the apartment in Tkon. you can have a coffee with a nice view in the morning and after that go a few steps down to the beach where you can have a swim. You will find nice restaurants just a few minutes of walking. Would love to come back one day.
