It’s a wide, flourishing yard (also for camping or parking) you will go though until you get in our cozy cottage. It is in the middle of Mestia, surrounded with gigantic mountains and a river “Enguri” is just about 2 minutes to walk. There are 3 shops nearby and Mestia center is about 15 minutes to walk (3m. To drive) the cottage is isolated and quiet and it has everything to live also for longer stay. (We have special offers to the remote workers/everyone who are interested to stay long terms).

Guesthouse Lam Lha locates in one of most old parts of Mestia. There are a lot of towers around. Aside guesthouse there is a Church that belongs to IX-XI centuries. Nearby one can find as well a house museum of one of the most famous mountaineer Mikheil Khergiani. Due to fact that guesthouse locates a little bit further from the center, place is very calm. Guests can enjoy with local meals, home made milk products, cookies etc. Rooms are light and clean equipped with all necessary furniture.

Charming family guest house in Sasashi village, 120 km north of Kutaisi. Built over 100 years ago by my great grandfather, this typical Svanetian house was abandoned for over 50 years before we decided to renovate and give a new life to it. The house is on two floors with a spacious living area, a vintage fireplace and fully functional kitchen on the ground level. Four renovated bedrooms on the second floor. Bathrooms on each floor. Double and single beds can accommodate up to 12 persons.

The entrance of a wooden cottage features a large glass door framed by triangular wooden architecture. Reflection of surrounding trees and mountains can be seen on the glass, highlighting the natural setting. Wooden deck flooring extends in front of the entrance.

We offer tours both in the village and in different areas of Svaneti. With the tours you can visit beautiful nature, lakes, ancient churches, traditions revived by locals. You can order a single, two or three-course meal. We have horses that you can hire. We believe you will be pleased to stay in Pari Paradise.

The chalet is located 10 minutes away from Mestia town center, near the Hatsvali ski slope, 130 meters from the main road. A 4×4 can get you up to the chalet, but not a small car.

The room was in an excellent area, close to the village but very quiet, no noise at night, with magnificent views of the river. The house had spectacular common areas, although we did not use them because we were only there one night, the garden was wonderful. We had some doubts about finding the apartment because the geolocation of Maps is not very accurate, but with Kate's descriptions by message it was very easy. It was a shame not to have been able to stay longer to enjoy the house, which was well worth it.

A cozy bedroom features wooden walls and a large window offering views of the scenic hillside. A spacious bed is adorned with a light coverlet and two neatly arranged towels. Dark curtains frame the window, allowing natural light to enter the room.

The experience was wonderful. The hosts were extremely friendly, and their welcome to us was truly amazing. I highly recommend the place as it offers a stunning view, and the cabin is spacious, clean, and equipped with everything you need. I will definitely return in the spring and book for a longer stay.
