Distance from the station and supermarket, car is mandatory.Please be sure to prepare winter tires and tire chains in winter. Please keep in mind that we do not have air conditioning.There is a fan. There is a hot spring nearby.The supermarket is about a 10-minute drive away.Most of them have. Due to various circumstances, it is currently not allowed to use a wood-burning stove. The nominal accommodation fee is for up to 2 people. 5,000 yen will be added for each additional person. Infants aged 2 and younger are free It is an inconvenient place without a car. There is no supermarket within walking distance, so if you come by train or bus, please purchase food near the station before coming. There are supermarkets and convenience stores such as local vegetables in 7 to 8 minutes by car. It is 1100 m above sea level, so it is relatively cool in summer, and there are plenty of nearby ski resorts in winter. Yokoya Valley Falls, Shiraabaiya Lake, Mishaga-ike, including the beautiful views on the Venus Line, Kirigamine, Yatsugatake, etc. the area is dotted with natural treasures. About mawari Built at the end of the Edo period (1850), it was relocated in 1982 and preserved as a rural kabuki stage. Good access to Shimosuwa Station! We renovated an 80-year-old Japanese house into a traditional and clean space. (New open in 2023!) You can spend a comfortable time by renting the entire building. Recommended for families, couples and small groups. This area is rich in history and nature. Suwa Taisha Shrine, hot springs, Nakasendo. Hiking in the mountains and strolling around Lake Suwa are also recommended ways to spend your time. It's also great to explore the Suwa area on a rental bicycle.

We built this building as Annex of Yasuragiso(Traditional Japanese inn),thinking "We want you to thoroughly enjoy Mt.Fuji" and "We want you to spend a relaxing and private time". We have renovated a small wooden hut by woods. It stands on a plateau area over 1,000m elevation. When I was a child, my one of a dream was building my secret place like this by myself.
