Sherrington Stables is on the edge of the enchanting hamlet of Sherrington with its picturesque watercress beds in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is a delightful, well equipped, single storey cottage which makes a charming and relaxing retreat. There is one bedroom with a queen size (5 foot) bed and the living room has an imported American (Castro Convertibles) queen size sofa bed. Ideally suited for a couple, or a couple with two children, or two couples as long as one couple are happy with the sofa bed. Peacefully set in the grounds of the owner's three hundred year old thatched farmhouse, it has wonderful walks right from the door.

We have two bedrooms listed. It is our understanding that two guests will be sharing the main bedroom. If two guests book and require two bedrooms, please book for three people to cover the cost of the extra bedroom. Our home is on the outskirts of Warminster with rural views, we are 1 mile from Center Parcs and 2 miles from Longleat, easy access to Salisbury, Bath & Frome. A family bathroom. Breakfast included. A dining area, TV, DVD, use of the garden. And we have a Labrador dog.

It is a private part of Foxholes House which dates back to the early 1700s and was once part of the Longleat Estate (The Marquess of Baths’ crest remains on the wall in the main part of the house). Just a few minutes away from Longleat Safari Park. Only 30 minutes to Bath, Salisbury and Stonehenge. The annexe has its own private entrance. It has an added bonus of air conditioning for the summer months.
