The sister lakes are in a 3 min walking distance. The apartment is conviniently located in Ann Arbor - 2.2 mi to Downtown - 3.5 mi to the Big House - 2.8 mi to UofM central campus A bus stop and a great coffee place (19 Drips) are in walking distance. Newly renovated, fully furnished private unit in the 1920s home where I live with my two boys and a retired racing greyhound. You will hear us pattering about! I also operate a small letterpress studio in the home. The unit features a large bedroom, a modern kitchen and bath, and a small nook set up for bar-style dining or as a sweet little office. Located in downtown Ypsilanti, it is close to restaurants, bars, parks, and just two blocks from the bus station for an easy commute to Ann Arbor.
