Newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bath house on Lake Erie in a private community. The master bedroom has a queen bed and full bath and outdoor deck.. The second bath also houses the laundry. Located in Sunset Bay, a beautiful sandy beach on Lake Erie, 10 minute walk away. This is a beach community, during the summer it is very active, two beach bars in the bay. There are boat launches nearby. Trains pass nearby, which may disturb your sleep. This area is 40-50 min. drive to the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area.

Our little beach cottage in Sunset Bay has all the perks of home. Our little cottage is within walking distance to the beach, the bars (Cabana Sam's / Sunset Bay Beach Club / Sportsman's Restaurant) and located across the street from the Sunset Bay State Marine Park. Our Place is a 6 night minimum from June 15- Sept 1 before or after that if an inquiry is sent for less days we will accept the offer if it's available.
