Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Sunrise Beach

This Airbnb is in a great location, great hosts, and a clean home. Very accommodating and quick to respond when we had a question. Would 100% stay here again.

We loved our stay at this beautiful home and would absolutely rent it again! The kitchen/living room has incredible views (especially at sunset!) and was super comfortable to plop down on the couch and relax after a long day outside. The kitchen island is awesome and the kitchen has everything you need. The beds are comfy and the bedrooms super cozy! We spent most of our time on the dock as we love to fish! Caught something like 40 fish (mostly catfish since that is what we were fishing for) and just had the best, most relaxing time. Our teenagers loved the provided lily pad and it was very easy to park our boat rental to the side of the dock. We enjoyed watching the boats float in and out to Captain Ron’s and waving hello to all the friendly people. Jen was super responsive and gracious. We hope to return someday!

The house exactly matched the pictures and has a terrific back deck on the lake. It was a bit cozier than expected, but worked great for our family of four (this wouldn't be much of an issue during the summer with more time outside). For our winter stay, it was terrifically peaceful and well appointed, we especially appreciated the gas range and outdoor cooking options. Finding the house was a bit treacherous in the dark and rainy night we arrived, but Kim's instructions made it much easier than it could have been.

Staying at Jennifer’s place was an absolute dream! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, welcoming, and exactly as described (if not better). Jennifer was incredibly responsive, kind, and made us feel right at home. You can tell she genuinely cares about her guests having a great experience. The location was perfect, and every detail—big and small—was so well thought out. We had an amazing stay at KK’s Getaway! Thank you so much for allowing us to check in early when we arrived on our bikes for the Bike Rally. The home is well appointed with everything we needed. There was plenty of parking for 4 motorcycles & the neighbor even offered us one side of their driveway. Your other neighbor was above helpful when we need some tools for one of the bikes. The boat dock was perfect for our Lake Friends & Family to stop & pick us up for a ride. KK’s Getaway offered us the best of both worlds – bike rides during the day – boat rides in the evening. We are already planning for next year’s Bike Rally & planning to extend our stay a few extra days for even more memories to be made. Thank you so much Kalina!

Kurt place was the perfect place for 2 families to stay. With two separate sleeping spaces, it gave us the opportunity to be together as well as have our own space when needed. The outdoor area was AMAZING!!! We spent so much time on the lily pad, kayaking and grilling out. The game room was key at night!!! He was very responsive when we had a few questions. If you are looking for a quiet place with little for a large group with lots to do for the kids, this is the place to be!!!

We enjoyed our time here so much! Awesome view of the lake and so nice that there was everything we needed within driving distance as well as a fully equipped dock with all the best lake items. Edward was super responsive and clear with his guidance!

Very comfortable and well appointed studio unit with parking right in front of entrance. Sunroom is also furnished well with an extra twin bed. View is lovely and very peaceful setting. I especially appreciate the quality bed and super soft sheets provided. Would certainly stay here again.

Neal’s place was perfect for us. We were able to relax and unwind. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Neal was super responsive to any questions that we had. Check in and check out were super easy.

This was my very first Airbnb. I’ve been used to hotels and loyalty points. After this experience I do not see myself staying in a hotel ever again. I will be happy if other hosts will be able provide half the service and quality living quarters that Roger has!

This place was absolutely serene! The natural beauty everywhere complimented the beauty of Mike’s space. Check-in was easy, there was more than enough room for my family of 5, it was clean and exactly as described. I wish we could have stayed for longer. Communication was quick and concise and everything we needed, we had. The amenities were amazing and I will be back!

This is a perfect condo super clean and very beautiful! The host always responds on time and very friendly . I recommend this place !!

The location was great and Dayna was an excellent host. We really enjoyed sitting on the covered balcony overlooking the lake.

This condo is very cozy and it was perfect for our family of four. It was clean, there were plenty of towels, extra toilet paper, and extra bedding for the couch. The location was great. It was in short driving distance to many restaurants, rental places, and state parks. The pool was nice and the local “condo crowd” was very friendly and welcoming. The balcony was nice and the kids loved looking out at the lake to spot turtles. The kitchen was well equipped. Would be a great spot if you had a boat too! We rented a jet ski and was able to pull it up to the end of the dock to switch off. Would highly recommend staying here!

A great place to stay for the weekend!

Caroline's place was wonderful to stay in- fully stocked with so many amenities and great location right on the water. My kids loved the loft as they felt like they had their own special area. Location was perfect, with Camdenton only a few minutes drive away with restaurants, Walmart, etc. Only drawback was all of the (very cute!) decorations if you have small children, as it was a bit of a struggle to keep things away from them. Otherwise we had a great time and would return again!
