Beachfront vacation rentals in Sunny Cove Beach

Had a lovely stay. Was a bit cold in April in the mornings and evenings, but besides that it was a great location and lovely place.

Such an epic spot right where you need to be. Walking distance to everything from the point to the shops on 41st. It’s such a cute spot.

Great location near the beach, beautiful view of the lagoon. Big comfy beds.

The place was clean, quiet and had everything we needed for our three night stay. We enjoyed the yard and the beach (two blocks away).

Liz’s rental exceeded expectations. It felt very cozy, providing that beach home feeling. The beach was a quick stroll away, and it is dog friendly! My pup and I very much enjoyed our time at Liz’s spot. Thank you for relaxing vacation Liz!

This cottage was the perfect getaway for a long weekend with friends and a small dog. The bathroom was super clean, and we enjoyed hanging out in the front yard and being able to walk to the beach and shops, etc. Gabriel was super responsive, helpful and friendly! Will definitely be returning.

Laura’s place was spot on for our short stay. Beach was a stones throw away, which is where the kids wanted to spend their time. The place was perfect, it was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Detailed instructions for the apartment to go alongside the stay and useful local information.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time on the deck above the creek. Surrounded by beauty and the sounds of the creek created a sweet spot! The lighting was an excellent touch. The accommodations had everything that you need and the bed was extremely comfortable! We would stay again!!!

This neighborhood is safe and peaceful. We have stayed at The Dunes numerous times over the last 4 years. Lisa’s home is beautiful and inviting. We all felt very comfortable and relaxed. It is such a gorgeous area and the staff at the front gate is always so helpful too. I had to reach out to Lisa multiple times throughout our stay and each time her responses were quick and respectful. It was a delight to chat with her and we are definitely planning to come back and would rent this home again.

Kristina’s place was absolutely beautiful and exactly as pictured. Breath taking ocean views and a short 5 minutes down to the beach. Kristina was very friendly checking in with us to make sure our trip was going good and if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again !!! Great host great place and beautiful city !!

Beautiful resort on the ocean cliff. Walkable to the beach, access to their sports club down the street and lots of other amenities. Great place for family vacations or couples getaway. Very peaceful!

We had a wonderful short getaway at Sue’s place! The condo is just steps from the beach, pool, and jacuzzi. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves was relaxing, and the ocean breeze was very refreshing. It was exactly what we needed to reset and recharge. Everything was just as described, and we would stay here again! Thank you, Sue!

The decor was delightful! Very well outfitted with everything you need.beds super comfy. Really good size. We had more than enough room. I appreciate that Crystal saw no issue with my service dog joining us. I was a bit disappointed that you had to be on the balcony to see the beach. There was a complex in the front blocking most of the view from indoors. I also had issue with parking. The garage was only for small cars and the street parking was inconsistent and required several steps. My handicapped daughter found it a bit difficult. The area was not easily walked being on a very very steep hill. I wish there were more info in the description. All in all, it was a gorgeous place and really clean, highly recommend for non handicapped folks.

It was a great stay. We loved our time there and would definitely visit again.

This location is ideal for those who like easy access to hiking, walking, beach, pools etc. Also a short drive to Capitola, and Santa Cruz to the North. Views from the balcony are way better than the pictures. Stay here, you will not be disappointed.

I had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. You can really tell they care about their guests and take pride in providing a great experience. We loved our weekend at Jamie's amazing apartment in Capitola! It was so easy to walk to the beach and we loved hanging out in the beautiful backyard with our little one. Perfect spot for our little family's getaway to the beach!

We enjoyed this place for our kickoff to summer break. 3 adults, 6 kids; the place had plenty of space for all of us. The only thing that could've made it better would be for guest to somehow see how loud we are. Veronica did a great job communicating the expectations about noise ordinance but if you're not familiar with noise levels it might be hard to gage, especially with kids. Veronica had reach out to me on our first day but she was kind, respectful and responsive. I hope to book this place again.

We enjoyed our stay at David's condo. It had a lovely view of the ocean, and was very clean and well appointed. There was plenty of information about amenities, and things to do. David is a great communicator & host. This is a ground level condo in the main building, so we heard workers using gas powered trimmers and power washing the building beginning at 9:00am in the morning. Luckily, David provides earplugs in the condo, which came in handy.

We love staying here, we've come here multiple years in a row. It's cozy, well maintained, and perfect for a family of four. The garage and driveway for parking is so key for a neighborhood so close to the beach. Street parking is always taken. We love the proximity to the beach and provided beach chairs, boogey boards, pop up tent, and beach towels. We walked to roaring Camp Railroad beach pickup, the boardwalk, and multiple restaurants. Communication, check in, and check out are extremely easy. We plan on coming back again next year!

we are in town for my daughter‘s wedding and used this for myself and staging on day of wedding. I can’t stay enough about Vaquita’s house. The place is awesome right across the street from the beach, walking distance to all amenities, coffee bars, and restaurants. John was super awesome and hospitable and accommodating all deal details about check-in and check out clearly spelled out on the book by the front door the place was clean, almost like it had just been cleaned linens refresh and clean, not overly used ,bathroom amenities were awesome. Can’t say enough about this place. It’s worth every penny that you pay probably even more. You’re literally right next to one of the greatest surfing spots on the West Coast
