Cottage vacation rentals in Sundance

We had a wonderful vacation here. The home was as described! It was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated! The pickleball court, hot tub and e-bikes were great! The location was perfect for us walkable to many things. Excellent communication with host and very easy checking in and out! We would love to stay again. Thank you!

What a wonderful little hidden oasis right in downtown SLC! The cottage is charmingly decorated, thoughtfully appointed, and very comfortable. The hot tub was clean and hot - a great way to wind down after a long drive. Wish we could have stayed longer. Hope to come back! Thanks for everything, Kay!

This house is amazing and 100% will be staying there again! I'm in love with horses and it was so fun having them just there in the backyard love this place and will be staying again

Excellent service from arrival to departure, the place is clean, quiet and very conveniently located, the refrigerator and microwave oven work perfectly, it is a good place, you find the shopping center nearby and places to go to eat.

It was such a a lovely little cottage! We're planning on staying there again if and when we come back!

Great location and walkable to a couple restaurants and coffee shop. If you have a dog, it’s a great walkable neighborhood. Beds are comfortable and kitchen worked out well too. We would stay again. Cheers!

Kay’s Cottage was amazing!! Needed a place to work in peace and quiet and this was the perfect place to relax and be free of chaotic home and work life 😌😌 the hot tub was very nice and the location was perfect!! 11/10! Kay was very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs, we really appreciated the stay🙏🙏

Reviews The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. I appreciated Marcel’s prompt and helpful communication. The thoughtful touches, like the new small fridge and the night lights made my stay truly relaxing and peaceful. Highly recommend Marcel and this lovely space!

Paula's house is immaculate and so cozy. Felt like home. Beautiful view of mountains and within walking distance of several nice restaurants..Easy walk to a grocery store. Very convenient location!

We had a great stay. My partner and I met our daughter for a long weekend. We only reached out to Katie once (we arrived a bit earlier than planned and were hoping to check in - she was quite accommodating), yet I have no doubt if we would have needed anything, she would have been immediately responsive. The house was exactly as described. The beds were comfortable and their were plenty of extra blankets (although we did not need them). The kitchen was very well appointed. Plenty of silverware, sharp knives, utensils, and cookware. The "extras" (e.g., plastic wrap, foil, food containers, cooking spray, coffee) were noticed and very much appreciated. The location was very nice. Not too far from a park/aviary, and a great local restaurant (Park Cafe - the wait is worth it). Also quite accessible to the airport, downtown, and major highways. I would highly recommend Katie's place.

Sophia's place was great. The kitchen was very well equipped with the little things most places don't have. The home is cozy and warm. The one bed we slept in was very comfortable and the sheets so soft I actually asked where they came from and already ordered a set for my own home. The bathrooms were very clean and the water pressure was on point. You do need transportation to downtown as it might be a to long of a walk for some people. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone and look forward to coming back

Perfect place for us and a great location. The mall and very kid friendly aquarium are only minutes away as well as being near the highway. My kids loved the air hockey table and other games. Living room was comfy for everyone and the kitchen was super useful too. Gary was super quick to respond for check in. Also, I've stayed in a lot of houses and hotels and this one wins easily for having the bed most like ours at home. We slept great! 😂
