Nestled less than a minutes walk from the art gallery and one block away from the convention centre, all the attractions, bars and resturants the city centre has to offer are right on your doorstep. Split accross two floors, upsatairs is the bedroom and bathroom with a kitchen, lounge on the ground floor and a private North facing courtyard. Off-street covered parking, although it can be snug for large vehicles.

There are a number of steps to climb to the property ( hence the amazing view) so not suitable for those with mobility challenges.
