If you are looking for a cozy and peaceful getaway, this is the place for you! There is another Airbnb on the property which is the house of lower level.There is no shared living space and entrances.

An updated 1920s era block & stucco home located just 5-7 minutes from Splash Lagoon, ERIE Sports park/Ice Skating & Soccer fields, Millcreek Mall, Millcreek Community Hospital, I-90 and a variety of restaurants and stores. Built out of block, the home is serene and peaceful. The back yard is large, partially wooded and private w/ firepit.

LOCATION…This stylish place to stay is perfect for families, golf outings, skiing / snow boarding / tubing, as we are close to peak n peek resort . We are very close to the snowmobile trails. Presque Isle downs casino , shopping and restaurants are only 4 miles away!! Erie Zoo is 6 miles away. Splash lagoon 4 miles away.Presque Isle state park and Waldameer Park are just a short 15 min drive away. If you are a wine lover head on over to North East to visit 1 of the many local wineries.

We do not host locals. Our private 2 bedroom, one bath suite is the perfect location for year round activities. It is attached to our home but, has it's own private entrance with gated driveway. It is close to beaches, amusement park, water park and nature hikes. There is free access to the hot tub and barbecue grill. Parking is off street and private with room for your boat or trailer.

The Summit Art House

This unique and artistic space can sleep up to 7 and is a very short drive to many of Erie's tourist attractions. We are a 5 minute drive to the Millcreek Mall and adjacent shopping areas and about 15 minutes from downtown Erie and the Peninsula. Our space is great for a larger family or groups coming to town to have a weekend shopping trip, bachelorette party, or small family reunion.
