Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Summit Park

It was a cute little green house in a great location and convenient for getting around. I would recommend it for a stay in SLC.

This is a beautiful place. Nice and private with easy access and nice outdoor seating area. Close to Park City (10 miles), but out in the country away from the hustle and bustle. Big kitchen with big living room - very nice.

Great place to stay for a quick overnight! Since we arrived after dark, it was a bit hard to find as the house light wasn't on, but that's on us because of our late arrival. If anyone has mobility challenges, be aware that the steps down are VERY steep. We didn't have problems, but I know some people would. It was so quiet! Sometimes with basement apartments, you can really hear the people upstairs, but that wasn't the case.

One of the best airbnbs I have stayed at! Clean, good amenities and comfy beds. Close enough to downtown and the airport.

For my first stay in Utah, Id stay here time and time again. It was the perfect escape from LA and Matt couldn't have been more accommodating.

The neighbor hood was quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to the capital which was a beautiful place for walking my dogs. Excited to stay here again!

We loved our stay! Such a cute spot, exactly as advertised. Perfect neighborhood with rose bushes and flowers galore. Cute coffee shops nearby. Highly recommend!

This was a great rental for our time in Park City! We loved being able to walk to Main St. It was very clean and nice!

My friend and I had a wonderful time staying here. It was extremely easy to get in and out of the house, and the house was clean. They made sure we had everything we needed and also informed us that they had a couple of dogs and we could meet them if we were comfortable with it, which we were and they were both lovely! My gal and I really enjoyed Kevin's space. It's a great, large studio setup with a legitimate kitchen. There were lots of little accommodations we appreciated such as tea, lil chocolates, and the fact the spot had recently been carpet cleaned. Kevin and I had a nice convo about his property as well, what a cool house! We hope to return.

One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. It was spotless, safe, the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to cook, and the space was beautiful (both on the inside and outside). The location was great, I took walks around the neighborhood and there were nearby cafes, workout studios, parks, and stores to walk to. 10/10 overall, would definitely recommend!

Robert’s place was absolutely gorgeous. The space was light and airy, as well as very clean. The beds were extremely comfy. His landscaping was dreamy and I was jealous!

Our stay at Mark’s Place in Deer Valley was absolutely amazing! Mark was a fantastic host—his communication was excellent, making everything seamless from start to finish. The home itself was beautifully designed, offering both comfort and luxury, with every detail thoughtfully arranged. The location was perfect, with stunning mountain views and easy access to all the best activities. Whether you’re visiting for skiing, hiking, or just a peaceful getaway, this is the perfect spot. The pictures made it seem a bit bigger than it was but it was still very comfortable and met our needs! The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It’s a little complicated to get in but the instructions were very clear, I just had to refer back to them many times! The hot tub is in a weird location and it closed at 9pm. There were plenty of towels and we all loved the smell of the body wash haha! The host was responsive and answered my questions and overall we had a great time and are so grateful we got to spend time together there! Thank you!!

Really enjoyed the condo! Quiet-never heard any neighbors. We liked the location— being in between Kimball Junction and PC Main Street. Scott was very kind and communicative!

The room is great and well stocked. It looks like the photos and was very clean. The steam shower was a nice bonus. We also loved all the amenities at the Westgate, particularly the shuttle. Highly recommended.

I enjoyed my month stay here. It’s a nice safe area and a 10 minute drive to downtown Park City and 35 minute drive to downtown SLC. Beautiful area and lots of great hikes. The Airbnb was very clean and cozy. The pullout couch was notably great! I loved the fireplace! If I’m back in the area, I’d definitely check to see if this is available!
