House vacation rentals in Summit

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The home was absolutely beautiful clean, cozy, and full of charm. The M&M theme throughout the house was such a fun and unique touch that the kids absolutely loved. Everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully set up to make guests feel right at home. There were so many activities to keep the kids busy, from games to entertainment areas it really made the trip stress-free and enjoyable for the whole family while it rained for days. One of the most thoughtful parts of our stay was the host’s attention to detail and care. My daughter has food allergies, and the host went above and beyond by providing alternative candy just for her. That small act of kindness meant so much and truly stood out. The location was also great close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely recommend this home to others. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Easy checkin process. Very quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and let me book last minute which helped out a lot, place is really nice and when visiting again, would def stay here.

Lovely neighborhood setting. The yard was a nature reserve, quiet and relaxing. The home itself was welcoming & well supplied with “all the comforts of home” My favorite being the kitchen, stocked for large or small gatherings. The ground floor bedroom was an oasis of secluded peace for a good nights rest….And we did! If you are looking for seclusion, this is the place to go, yet you are less than 10 minutes away from Kings Market & Restaurants. It was a pleasure to work with Jake, he went above and beyond to make sure our stay was all we HOPED FOR.

A truly Great stay in Greenwich with David, we really enjoyed our stay in the house, such an awesome place and quiet location (next to a beautiful river!) too, which we loved. The pool was a massive bonus for sure! Comms with David were great, he was very quick to respond at all times on any queries we had, much appreciated indeed. Many thanks again, Rich

We loved our stay! The place was immaculate! My son is only 14 months so he is alllll over the floors. I felt so at ease knowing he was on a clean floor! Everything was beautifully kept and there were plenty of towels and bedding! The pool was perfect but just a little too cold for my son! We did stay in June so the weather wasn’t very hot yet. The yard was big and very private and my son enjoyed his time outside! I need to be in the area around the same time next year and we are hoping this will be available! Everything was perfect and pristine!

The place was great. It was much bigger than I thought it would be. It is a very large space for a one-bedroom. Overall, it was a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

We had a great stay at Shawn's place. It's clean and exactly like the pictures. We'll definitely book his place again if we'll ever visit the area again. In addition, Shawn is a great host. He makes sure we have everything we need.

This home is beautiful. The only set back is parking is only available on one side of the street so there is limited parking for this home.

Very nice house. Big enough for 4 parts of our family to sit around and enjoy each other’s company! Thoughtful touches like breakfast goodies and coffee were provided. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay. Very clean and the beds are comfortable. Lukman was easy to deal with. During the stay, there was an issue with the main door lock and he came quickly and replaced it. Parking was easy on the property itself and no need to park on the road. We had a good time. Thank you.

Modern and nice, location is very walkable with many options for dining and entertainment. Warninanco park is a short walk from here. Overall great stay with responsive host. Laundry very convenient.

Shaun's home was just as pictured and his communication was wonderful, quick and friendly. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and we appreciated having a full dining room table. Like others have commented, the carpeting (stairs and upstairs hallway/bedrooms) would benefit from being replaced if possible.

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. Dee was very accommodating to walk the house prior to our check in to familiarize our stay. She was also always quick to respond with any questions or concerns about the house. It is in a great community close to were we where working and always felt safe and quite neighborhood, close to many restaurants and shopping.

We absolutely loved our stay. In a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, but still close to a train station and plenty of local restaurants. Place was clean and tidy and just as described. Would definitely book again if I come back to town.

Absolutely loved our stay at this charming 3-bedroom home in New Jersey! From the moment we arrived, we had a few setbacks, but Rick and Kim quickly turned this around made us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with quick solutions and thoughtful recommendations to any concerns and we had. One of the standout suggestions was a delightful pancake breakfast restaurant nearby, which quickly became our favorite spot. The pancakes were amazing, and it was a great way to start our days! The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, making it the perfect base for our adventures. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the personal touches throughout our stay. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable getaway with fantastic hosts. We can't wait to come back!

Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.
