Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Summit County

Wonderful spacious property for large groups or families. Close to area ski resorts. The casita provided added privacy for our multi-generational family. The views were amazing with floor to ceiling windows and on clear nights we could see the lights for nighttime skiing at nearby Keystone. The large gas fireplace in the great room provided lots of ambience and kept us toasty. The kitchen was very well equipped for those who enjoy cooking. We also appreciated the outdoor gas grill for grilling steaks. The welcome basket of goodies was a special touch. Games and puzzles kept our little ones entertained. The lower living area and game room provided additional space for kids. There is also an outdoor fire feature and hot tub. I highly recommend this property. We are already looking at dates to return for our next family ski trip.

We stayed here for a family vacation. It was a lovely home and we had a great time! We would recommend this home to anyone at any time of year! We will for sure be back.

Kate's listing was as-advertised and met all of my family's needs. Easy access, simple check-in and out, spacious, and well-appointed. There's a fabulous public playground (River Park) just 1.5 miles south on Highway 9. We appreciated the communications and grace with our request for a late check-out. A terrific listing and host!

Booked this for a weekend with about 7 others and it was an absolutely wonderful place to stay. Kevin was super clear on what to expect and made the check-in/checkout process simple and effortlessly smooth. The place itself was huge, super clean, and packed with things to do - pretty much every fun game you can imagine is there for guests (and we hit most of them). The hot tub was great, just about everyone loved the massage chair, and the porch: and it's hard to beat waking up and sipping coffee while looking across the field to a beautiful mountain view right in front of you. Nice fully furnished + labeled kitchen and clean grill with a backup propane tank. Overall, perfect place to stay for a group who wants to just kick back and relax in a beautiful mountain cabin all weekend. You won't be bored or lack things to do. Small nitpick/note: to our knowledge there was no recycling. We ended up having to bring our recyclables with us on our way out.

Peaceful stay and the hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Wish we could have stayed longer before heading back to Indiana. :)

Great place to stay with dogs, close to downtown Frisco!

The condo is perfectly located close to A-Basin and Keystone. It is spacious, peaceful, clean and large! It easily accommodated our family of six in need of three separate bedrooms. The towels were soft and plentiful. The kitchen was well stocked to get us started. There was detergent for a few loads. It was just what we needed for a ski trip to A-Basin. The condo has a hot tub next door, which was lovely after a day of skiing. The condo was comfortable with ample parking, even a garage. There is a larger pool available but we didn't try it. This is a family friendly condo with lots for the kids to do, many books and games! The bunk beds were full/queen sized with stairs to the upper bunk. Communication was clear and easy. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We loved staying here! It was just like the pictures, quiet and beautiful scenery! The power went out in the area one afternoon and the host was very responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend staying here!

This Airbnb was perfect for our ski trip. The place was very spacious and had an amazing view. The Airbnb was a 10 minute walk to the peak 9 lift and a 10 minute walk to Main Street restaurants and shops. The host was very responsive. Definitely would recommend staying at this Airbnb.

The house is close to the keystone resort

This is probably the nicest AirBnB we've stayed at and we've stayed at a lot. Super well stocked and a terrific place for our two families. Hot tub, fire pit, squeaky clean, good linens and plenty of towels and a mega-stocked kitchen. Large, great furniture for lounging, I could go on and on. My only complaint is the late check in and early check out times (5 o'clock unless you pay $15 per hour and only if available and 10 am unless you pay $15 per hour and only if available. ). That's not reasonable really, since you are paying for the night you check in. I understand it is a large house and takes time to clean, but the lack of a day buffer in between guest stays that the company doesn't do to give themselves time for turnovers is at the guests' expense. Even still, I'd stay again!

Exactly what we wanted. Secluded yet close to I70 so we could get anywhere fairly quickly. Be a great place to stay if you were skiing several different mountains. Deck over looking the creek was awesome!

We had a wonderful time in Brekenridege. Fritz's place was gorgeous. From the fireplace (and supplied wood) to the fire pit by the stream, the hot tub, the toiletries, the beautiful glasswear, pots and pans, it has anything you would ever need. It was as if it was my own house, fully stocked with every necessity. Thank you!!! It was fun seeing Momma Fox come up the stairs and cross the stream hunting for her little kits. Thank you for a beautiful stay!!

Cozy says it all. As soon as we walked in it felt like home. Beautiful home nicely decorated. We all enjoyed our stay. We even saw Mr. Fox one morning, that was super cool. All rooms very clean, neat and comfortable. Loft area was a great spot for our teenage boys. The hot tub was great, my only concern was the path to get to the hot tub was very Icey due to lots of snow, so we had to be extra careful. We all had a great week.

An amazing place to stay! We were so sad to leave but have already decided to come back and stay sometime. The jets in the hot tub weren’t working when we first got there but in less than an hour of telling Chris, there was someone there and it was fixed! Even saw a young moose when loading up the car to leave! This place was the best and we can’t wait to come back!

This home was absolutely wonderful! It was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a calm, relaxing vibe that made us feel at ease the moment we walked in. It was the perfect space for our family of five—comfortable, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for a great stay. The location was ideal, with easy access to all the fun activities in both Breckenridge and Frisco. We especially loved being surrounded by nature and even had the chance to enjoy some local wildlife, which made our stay even more special. We truly had a fantastic time and would love to come back!

Amazing cabin and awesome hosts. They had everything in the cabin you could ask for. Definitely felt very homey, would stay again in a heartbeat.

The cabin was perfect for my birthday weekend. It was so cozy and clean! We used the hot tub the whole weekend, which was bigger than I thought and fit 5 of us easily. There was plenty of space for everyone and we had no problems whatsoever. Very convenient distance from downtown Breck, so we had a nice balance of being in town and being cozied up at the cabin. Would recommend to anyone!
