Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Summersville Lake

it was a pleasure staying at Kelly's listing. she's wonderful to work with and her rental is beautiful. we had a very much needed weekend get-away among friends. lots of hiking, relaxation, and lots of laughs thanks to having such a great place to call home for our weekend adventure. thank you Kelly!

We loved Leslie and Donnie’s guesthouse. It was immaculately clean, felt homey, and was very peaceful. Loved your two dogs and the chickens, too! It was our first time to WV and thought it was beautiful. Also, thank you for being so accommodating with our motorcycle and trailer!

Perfect location for exploring Fayetteville and New River Gorge! Such a great trip. Caleb was responsive and kind! Little slice of paradise for anyone looking to get away :)

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was clean and cozy. We appreciated the extra cozy blankets provided and extra towels. The location was perfect and we were close to everything that we came up to do! Thank you also for the warm welcome & water & snacks. They really came in handy. Beautiful location. Even though it is "off the path" a little (which is what we prefer), it was still very convenient to anything you might want to do. The park was super close, great places to eat or shop also very close by but yet the home is tucked away in a beautiful area and very private. Colleen could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed meeting her and staying at her place. The gorge is fantastic and very close, a hidden gem for sure!

We stayed here 3 nights while visiting the new river gorge national park. The house was perfect for our family of 3. There are several noticeable upgrades and improvements. The kitchen and bathroom especially have been updated. Having a washer & dryer was also a plus. Christy was very responsive asking if we needed anything and replied quickly to messages. The location is great, within walking distance of the town and only a 5 minute walk from the Secret Sandwich Society. (The food there is great!) The neighborhood is quiet. We would recommend staying here.

Troy and Hilary’s place was in an awesome location, close to great restaurants, and the National Park. We only had to drive 10 minutes or less to the majority of the attractions that interested us. They were also super helpful with ideas of restaurants and things to do and responded immediately with any questions we had. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. All in all a great experience! Definitely recommend!

I have stayed here a few times now and have always had a great stay! The house is clean and has all of the needed essentials. It is close to town and all of the shops and restaurants, and also close to the outdoor adventures that the area offers. I highly recommend this place for anyone paying a visit to Fayetteville!

Highly recommend staying here! The location has great access to surrounding outdoor recreational areas and isn't too far from town. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, and decorated really nicely (in my opinion). Teddy, the store owner, is also really friendly and responsive. We were very comfortable in the space as a group of 4. Places with more than 1 bathroom are harder to come by for the area, so it was nice to have the extra 1/2 bath. In terms of accessibility: The parking/outdoor area is gravel, grass, and stepping stones. There are stairs to get inside, and more stairs inside to get up to the main area. The full bathroom has a large shower.

Rebecca’s place was adorable and had everything we needed. Check in was a breeze. She has a book with recommendations and instructions for check out. The whole place had a super fun vibe and we will definitely plan to return if she will have us!

This is our third time staying here, and it won’t be our last. Harry’s place is great for us, started coming here when it was just us, and now we have our baby with us too. I will say, the bed isn’t very comfortable. But the couch is comfy!

Location! You really cannot beat the location of this place. Walking distance to everywhere in downtown and super close to the National Park. We really just needed a place to rest our heads at night during a busy weekend and this place was perfect for that. I couldn't figure out the heat and Brandie responded so quickly and helped me figure it out which was so helpful! Thanks y'all!

Loved staying with Ryan and Sara, a lovely place close to all the restaurants and shops in Fayetteville and nearby to NRG. Hosts kept a clean and cute space and communicated regularly.

Great space with great views! Lots of trails at the state park nearby. Hope to return again to check out even more

Great location for exploring New River Gorge. All around good spot for 2 people!

The place was spotless. The location was close to whitewater rafting, trails, restaurants, and stores. It was private and quiet. We did get to see deer and hummingbirds right outside the window. It was very well equipped with washer and dryer. The king bed was very comfortable along with the pull out couch. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful, clean, and roomy. The local art and photography the place was decorated with was a nice touch and beautiful. Host responded very quickly and very helpful for any of our needs. This place exceeded our expectations, would definitely stay here again.
