Experience the authentic spacious 3-room apartment in the traditional Bündner house in the middle of the cozy mountain village at over 1300 meters above sea level. The cozy living room, two bedrooms with 2 beds each (baby bed on request) and the spacious terrace, is your home and an ideal starting point for summer and winter activities. The apartment has a contemporary bathroom, as well as a separate kitchen with induction stove, oven & dishwasher as well as a Nespresso machine.

The apartment below us is ideal for families with children whether big or small or people with disabilities as it is very large, and everything is on one level. The large cozy terrace to the rear invites you to a cozy dinner or just to wind down a bit. You can take beautiful walks directly from the apartment into the forest to the river. The playground & pump track is a 5-minute walk away. There is an outdoor swimming pool in the neighboring village.

Quietly located farm with mountain and lake views

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. The beautiful lounge with excellent mountain views makes breakfast, lunch or dinner a unique experience.

Studio with fantastic views

We offer you a cozy studio in the countryside, in a quiet neighborhood on the slope with fantastic views of the oldest city in Switzerland. It is a 15-20 minute walk from the train station to our house. With large suitcases, I recommend taking a taxi (CHF 15.00). Our house is located on a slope. It goes uphill quite a bit and has many stairs. From the house it's a 5-minute walk to the old town.
