I stayed for 4 days and it was an excellent experience! Cintia facilitated our communication and our stay and always responded to me very kindly and quickly. The apartment is exactly as described, extremely clean, comfortable, organized and with all the amenities necessary for a good stay. The neighborhood is excellent with a market, bakery, pharmacy, etc. nearby. I will need to return to Campinas more often and I certainly want to stay in this apartment again. The apartment is very well equipped, with pleasant decoration and had practically everything we needed. Kitchen utensils (we miss a baking dish to use in the oven), washer and dryer, iron, hairdryer, electric shower, etc. The internet is good and didn't go down once during the week we were there. There is also a good work desk and office chair in the same environment as the living/dining room, which has air-conditioning. The condominium in which the property is located is very quiet, safe and with good infrastructure. It is located in a region that is expanding and does not have many things around. There is a supermarket 1 km away and a convenience store in the condominium itself. Some things are in need of maintenance, but honestly nothing got in the way of our experience. The space is very nice and cozy.

The house of Fabiana is spectacular, exactly as in the pictures: wide space, of extreme good taste, super comfortable. The cleaning was spotless. The beds and towels are of high quality. The pool is delicious, the water at the right temperature. We took our dogs and they took advantage of the backyard to play, without worrying about anything (all surrounded and safe). There is an emporium 500 meters from the house that is very well served from everything we wanted to cook. Anyway, we spent a carnival holiday in style, quiet and relaxed. We'll be back as soon as we have another chance.

Paulo, served us very well, the house was clean and organized, but there were not many utensils in the kitchen, the leisure area is good, the pool was heated, however, he hung up and the other days it was cold what I found impolite on his part, he also turns off all the lights at 10 pm, it was a point that we did not see in the listing and it hurt us a little bit since we were attending a work event in the city and we arrived after this time, the accommodations were simple, but adequate, if it was to enjoy the day the place is excellent and we would come back more times.

I have been using the Airbnb platform for years, we traveled very often in Brazil and some outside and I don't remember a reception, care and attention we had with Ludmila, Marcos and Dona Cleide… It was really amazing and the whole structure of great taste, from bed linen, bathrooms, electros, all the kitchen pieces, to the high-end furniture…. We will return for sure and once again, me and my family, we thank you from the heart!

A small house but with everything you need! It's a really cool studio, and for couples traveling it's great, I went by motorcycle so it fit easily in the garage, if your car is a sedan you'll have to stay on the street, but the neighborhood is very quiet! There are 3 studios wall to wall, so you might hear what the people next door are doing, but nothing too much!
