A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The fully equipped apartment is very close to the S-Bahn station. The apartment is located in the basement, but daylight comes into the room through the two windows. The main train station is 20 minutes away by S-Bahn (suburban train). In Olching there are numerous lakes and the Amper with beautiful places that invite you to linger or swim. We live with our three children in the house, so there is always something going on!
