Vacation rentals with a patio in Sullivan County

We had a lovely night at Keith's place! The beds were cozy, the setting was quiet, check in a breeze, and there were plenty of small touches (such as TWO types of ice to choose from) that made our stay just like home! The gardens were beautiful, the shower head OUT OF THIS WORLD, and the value incredible. Several nice country roads to take a walk on. 10/10 recommend a trip to their Garden Center as well!!! Thanks much for the stay!

The kp lakehouse was simply beautiful. Everything was spotless and every room had a view of the lake. Towels were plush, bedding comfortable. Owner provided morning coffee. Communication and access to home was very easy. We look forward to our next stay.

Beatriz was a great communicator. We needed another set of towels and they were delivered almost immediately. We had an issue with room temperature and she responded within a few minutes. The apartment was very clean and Beatriz provided many extras such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, snacks, bottled water, coffee, and tea. Even though the house is older, the entire apartment has been remodeled and is attractive. The kitchen stove and refrigerator look new, but if you plan on cooking, the number of pans is limited.There is a private parking space behind the home. There are two other apartments in the building and we could hear the folks walking around upstairs and could sometimes hear conversations from the other apartments. When we arrived, loud music was playing, but it was quiet by 10 pm. Beatriz is an attentive host and the apartment is a good value. I would recommend this listing. Thank you, Beatriz!

We had a wonderful time at our Airbnb and we would recommend it to anybody else. It was a wonderful place. The owners were fabulous. Helped with things if we need anything ❤️❤️❤️

It was a good stay over all. The apartment was clean and Chris is very friendly and responsive to all needs! Just FYI its on second floor.

Brian was extremely helpful and very responsive. Neighbors are friendly. The parking situation was great. it definitely felt like a home away from home. I would recommend staying here if you're ever in the Berwick area.

We booked there to be close to rickets glen for hiking, worked out very well, a beautiful apartment. Was very comfortable and had high end amenities. She also had all kinds of extra supplies in the cupboards.Very nice locking system on the door for secure and easy access.Worked out well for us.

Shai’s place in factoryville was perfect. Had a bachelor party and there was plenty of space for everyone and a massive yard and amenities. Kitchen and grill was super easy to use and overall was an amazing stay. Shai really was responsive and helped.

My family and I were in town for the Worlds End Ultra Marathon and stayed at Mandy’s home. We all wished we could have stayed longer than a weekend and all plan to visit again. The home is remotely located for a peaceful and quiet getaway. The bedrooms are sizable and the beds are beyond comfortable. The kitchen has so many amenities and the views off the kitchen and living room are out of this world. Mandy obviously takes pride in her home making it welcoming and stocked with anything you should need. We can’t wait to visit again!

Our family of three loved our reset at The A @ Dyson Pond. Whitney kept everything spotless—bathrooms gleaming—and the kitchen was so well stocked we cooked every meal with ease. Different types of coffee was available. A basket of toys greeted our 14-month-old and let us pack light. Whitney responded to our messages quickly. We didn’t need to ask tips, yet her list of local tips was waiting if we’d needed it. Mostly we stayed put—wandering the quiet, private grounds, letting the baby play on the grass, and admiring the nearby farms. It was exactly the low-key downtime we wanted. Tech comforts helped: fast Wi-Fi, a smart TV for cartoons, and flawless T-Mobile reception in an area where cell service is often hit-or-miss. The cabin itself is wonderfully cozy with warm wood touches. Note: the bedroom receives bright morning sun—ideal for early risers, though night owls may want a sleep mask. The house was very comfortable, we felt right at home, and was exceptionally clean. Location was perfect for our weekend getaway, close to downtown and to the highways we needed, and yet has the suburbia neighborhood feel and quietness to it. We highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we travel to the area.

Another great stay. My neice was with this rubber instead of my brother, and she enjoyed it just as much as we did. She said it was one of the most restful times she's ever had, and she loved the deer walking right through the yard. Everything was great and well taken care of as before. Krista put a lot of work into the place, and it really shows. She's a great host, and we'll likely be back again in the spring!

It was a delight to spend a weekend here. Beautiful, spotless home with everything as described. Restaurants just a few minutes away. I would refer any of my friends to stay here. Hopefully we will stay here again when we’re in the area. Thank you again for your hospitality!
