The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very quick and clear, he was always very polite. On an upcoming trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!

The location is great, very close to the subway and the Flamengo landfill. Well-equipped kitchen. There was an office chair that didn't appear in the photos but it helped us a lot in remote work. Patricio and Mr. Assis were very kind. We'll be back for sure!

Very nice apartment! Comfortable, facing the sea! Maria was very kind, she kept our bags on the last day and left us a bathroom until 5 pm free for us, to be able to bathe before taking the night flight! He welcomes you with gifts and mineral water!! Impeccable, thank you for everything!

We only stayed one night in Ninha's apartment, but it was enough for us to have a great experience! The space is well maintained and exactly as described in the listing. We had a great stay! The host was very attentive and detailed in the information, as well as very flexible with check-in and check-out times, which was essential since we were coming straight from abroad to visit our relatives. The apartment is small but cozy, ideal for a comfortable stay. All necessary utensils were available, although some dishes and pots already show signs of prolonged use and could be replaced. Communication with Luiz was always quick and clear. We already knew the condominium from other visits to Brazil and, for sure, we will stay here again. We recommend it!

Location, Location, Location...this place was perfectly situated on Ipanema Beach! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! The host was very welcoming and accommodative. We wouldn't hesitate staying here if we are ever in Rio again.

We loved everything about it!

The pictures don’t do this view justice! Once you walk in it’s the most gorgeous view with sights of the lake, the beach and Christ the Redemer. The location was extremely walkable with tons of bakeries, bars and restaurants within 5 minutes. The doorman was also very pleasant and allowed us to drop our bags off at 7am right as we got off of our fight so that we could explore the city. The host was great as well and allowed to check in as soon as the flat was cleaned from the previous guest. We also loved that the mall was just across the street with plenty of shopping centers close by as well. I would highly recommend staying here for the best experience in Rio!

Everything was amazing. I've been to Rio 3 times and this was my favorite accommodation. The apartment is small but super comfortable for 2-4 people, very close to the beach, supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacy… Really nice!

This is one of the most beautiful apartments I've ever stayed it. Hands down, it's like you visiting your favourite family member's gorgeous beach-side apartment. An absolutely phenomenal view, and Olga our host was beyond lovely. She was super warm, very accommodating of our early check-in and late check-out. Definitely a must-visit for anyone planning a trip to Copacabana.

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and was super clean. Due to a communication error on my part, I did not request a mattress for my one-year-old son, and I promptly received the mattress. The view of the sunrise, as shown in the photos, is not to be missed. I highly recommend it for those who like to do activities in the landfill, and for the proximity to Catete :)
