Super responsive, beautiful apartment, great proximity to town.

This was a great location for our needs. Close to Varick St.

The home was clean and perfect for our needs. It had everything we needed. Boat was super friendly and helpful. It was really nice to be able to walk into town for coffee, groceries and food. If we had stayed longer we would have definitely taken advantage of kayak rental right there on site! Highly recommend this place!

We had a great stay! The space was quaint but super cozy and comfortable—just what we needed. I especially loved the skylights; they brought in such beautiful natural light during the day. The shower was great, and even though there wasn’t a full kitchen, it was awesome that the host provided plenty of cooking amenities—it made it easy to prep meals and feel right at home. Check-in was super easy, and the host was incredibly easygoing, respectful, and welcoming. The place was spotless and in a super convenient location—walkably close to Varick Street, Utica’s most poppin' bar scene (huge bonus if you’re looking for a fun night out!). It would’ve been nice to have a smart TV, but the WiFi was strong, so we were able to stream from a laptop with no issues. All in all, a peaceful, comfortable stay—we’d definitely come back!

My husband and I sold our home out of state and needed a place for 5 weeks. We were fortunate to find David’s. It was perfect for us and our two small pups. Had everything we needed for entire stay. Dave was very responsive whenever an issue arose and always friendly. We got to know the neighborhood very well. Would stay again.
