The special feature of this apartment is its location, vis-à-vis the park, at the level of its treetops, overlooking “Schlossberg”, cathedral and the well known clock tower. Just a few minutes away from the city-center, perfect for two people, very spacey and with full equipment. Especially in summer the large terrace is the absolute highlight. Wir freuen uns euch in unserer frisch renovierten und mit ganz viel Liebe hergerichteten Wohnung im zweiten Stock eines wunderschönen Altbaus am Rande des Grazer Stadtparks willkommen zu heißen. Unsere Wohnung besteht aus einem großen Schlafzimmer, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Küche, Bad und getrenntem WC. Vom Wohnzimmer aus sieht man in den Rosengarten des Cafés mit dem besten Frühstück der Stadt.
