I visited with a group of friends, and we had a barbecue party while looking at the valley flowing in front of us, and we had a good time. It was useful because it was equipped with kitchen utensils, tools, and seasonings, and there were many refrigerators. I'd like to visit again next time. Highly recommended for group visits.

It was an absolute joy to stay in this lovely home, the house is beautiful and the location is great. We loved the quiet neighbourhood and it was so easy to get everywhere. This AirBnb was exquisite. It's an exceedingly beautiful hanok, with a lovely garden and semi-open air bath. The garden lights at night transform the space into something magical. The location was prime - close to many famous cafes in Ikseondong, a stone's throw away from Changdeokgung, and walkable to Insadong and Bukchon Hanok Village. I appreciated how the hosts communicated clearly and kindly, and responded rapidly to questions. Thank you for an amazing stay!

My wife and I stayed here for two nights in June 2025. If you are looking for a truly unique, peaceful but modern hanok experience in Seoul, you must come and stay here. Each and every furniture and amenity has been curated and carefully thought of. The local recommendations and little details provided were spot on. Our host Jee and her husband has made a space to come and and unwind any stress in a truly beautiful setting and in a neighbourhood away from the typical “tourist” areas of Seoul. This is genuine modern hanok experience - highly recommended for the discerning couple.

The super tidy interior and fantastic view were the best. :) The host provided me with the vegetables that he grew himself, and I ate them, but it was the best I've ever eaten! On the day of departure, you pulled out a bunch of them and gave them to me. I was so touched. Thank you!!!

Although the place is less remote but the overall environment is a few Clean and quiet places Host was very patient with questions. It's best that there's a big fridge.

The accommodation was as clean and cozy as my own home. There are clear signs of attention to every little detail. 1. Bathroom - Cleanliness is the best. Toilet condition is perfect, shower booth amenities are clean, shampoo, body wash are available, but it's a pity that there is no conditioner. I think you should definitely equip it. 2. Kitchen - The cleaning condition is very good and it is fully equipped with tableware, etc. However, it would be nice if you could guide us in advance on how to use the induction or stick it on the side of the kitchen. 3. Living room - the cleaning condition is very good. It's a pity that the TV is a little small. I think it would be perfect if it was a little bigger. 4. Double-decker bedroom - it was nice... But I think I need to know the location of the fan connection outlet. Overall, it's very, very good, and I think I can give it a 9.8 out of 10.

My wife and I stayed here for 1 week, and it was well worth what we paid. It was very easy to get around with the metro close by, do note that it’s a steep walk to the apartment if you have mobility issues. It was not a problem for us. The air conditioner worked amazing, as did the hot water. The bed was comfortable & the lack of bedsheets was not a problem and she had this comfy pad on the bad that did not move. The one night some neighbors were loud after quiet hours, we let Kelly know and she handled it very promptly for us, which we appreciated! There’s also a great Indian restaurant nearby, and lots of 7 elevens and other convenience stores. The quality for the price is amazing for Seoul, and we definitely recommend for your next stay if you want a central and affordable place!

Great location with numerous restaurants in the area, and access to multiple subway lines as well! The place was quaint and the small touch of setting up the radio to Seoul’s classical music station was really nice. We can’t wait to come back for another trip in the future!

Amazing location. Not too far Away from the hongdae street (5-7 minutes away by walking). Area is quiet so i got a good rest after a whole day of sightseeing. Baba was always quick to answer to my questions and the Apartment was completely clean. I had an amazing time in Seoul and would definetly recommend this place to everybody. After staying for 3 weeks it really felt like home. Thank you so much :)

Lovely apartment in the heart of Nowon near the station! It was so clean and had everything we needed. It was really nice and felt like home!

We enjoyed our stay here! Location was pretty close to good restaurants and shopping in Hongdae/Hongik Station area. The host let us know that the room was ready for check in earlier than the expected time and it was very convenient that they had an area for secured luggage storage. The air conditioner worked great and bed was very comfortable! Only issue we had was figuring out how to get warm water for a shower but would stay again!

It was a very pleasant stay, very close to Hongdae, I think Hongdae is the best place to visit, and the homestay is very close to the subway station bus station, so it is very convenient to stay here.The homestay is very cozy and feels very homey. The room is not the same as a normal homestay. There are kitchen utensils, washing machine, dryer, laundry detergent, and even curling hair sticks. It is super friendly to girls, and the surrounding environment is very quiet. At night, you don't have to worry about being noisy.The host is also huge and responsive.It's very hard to walk around, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I come.

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

My family and I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay at Chris's place. The place was beautiful and we felt right at home after being out all day. Getting around was very easy with subway station located just right in front of the building and walkable distances to many places near by. As soon as we walked in on our first night, my family thanked me for finding such a beautiful place for our vacay in Seoul. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and at home. We will definitely be back!!
