We had a little family vacation here and it was everything is was advertised to be and more! The staff are all very helpful and responsive. Salvador the property manager was incredible! From keeping the pool clean between our times in to doing grocery runs into the city, he was amazing. All the activities listed were so fun and very family friendly! The rooms were all very clean and there was even bug spray to help with the incests outside. All the local contacts for boat and tour services were also incredibly sweet. Very considerate, accommodating and for a friendly price! Overall, we would definitely consider coming back should we ever want to visit Atitlan and the surrounding towns.

Excelente lugar para desconectarse, no hay mucho afuera (tiendas CC etc) así que es mejor llevar todo pero una vez dentro todo bien . Agua caliente, piscina , aire acondicionado. Todo genial ! Recomendado.

The Lake House was waterfront in an unbelievable location—the pictured didn’t do the views justice! The house was walkable to the center of town but there were always tuk tuks around if you didn’t feel like walking. The Mikaso Hotel next door was very convenient to grab a meal or a drink. The house was very spacious and we made great use of both patio decks. The location is a bit buggy but that should be expected right on the lake. The house had everything and I would definitely stay there again on my next visit to San Pedro!!

La estadía fue increíble, nos resolvieron rápidamente los inconvenientes y Dani estuvo al pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo. Un ambiente agradable y el vecino fue cordial y atento. Mi familia y yo quedamos felices.

Marlene and her sister’s hospitality was amazing! Very proactive and checked in with us a couple of times and she responded very quickly to any questions I had! The area was very peaceful and quiet! We were there for 7 days! I will definitely be staying here again when I come back soon!

Un oasis natural en San Pedro, es un nuevo listing, siempre hay cosas que pueden mejorar. La anfitriona es rápida para responder y amable. Se recomienda si está buscando un espacio que tenga privacidad a unas cuadras de la calle principal del pueblo. La pizzería y la tienda local cercana también son geniales. Recomendado!

Un lugar excelente para sentirse como en casa... Una experiencia fantástica

Location is secure, within walking distance to everything. very close to the embarcadero, so that is a plus. The caretaker stays on grounds with you in a seperate living quaters. We had an amazing stay. Thank you Melissa and Hector!

Vanessa was responsive to our messages, and the staff quickly brought what was missing (salt, pepper, matches…). The location was a bit difficult to find at first, but Vanessa guided us through it and even sent staff to meet us. The apartment is a bit of a walk to the centre of the city (where there’s most restaurants, and the dock for daily boats), about 15-20min. You can also take a tuk-tuk (5min), for 10Q/person. The place is cozy, the bedroom and bathroom is downstairs, then you have to go up a set of stairs outside to access the kitchen/patio. The view is nice up there. It is secluded, it didn’t feel like the safest part of the town, but overall we still had a good experience. It can get noisy sometimes (dogs barking a lot), but that’s not the host’s fault. Thank you for having us!

Lovely, large traditional house with nice bigs rooms and a balcony with a brilliant view. Quite loud in the mornings due to local animals, but we slept through easily enough. Would recommend as a great less touristy accommodation!

Gran opción para hospedarse en San Pedro. El alojamiento está convenientemente ubicado cerca de uno de los muelles (el que te lleva a Santiago), por lo que la conectividad es buena. A pesar de estar retirado de la zona viva, había varios restaurantes y comercios cerca. ¡El alojamiento es muy lindo! Fiel al concepto pink vibes. Recomiendo alojarse aquí :)
