This place is highly recommended for those who are looking for very private and quiet place to enjoy family or friends bonding time. It is clean and it smells good. The staffs are very nice, approachable and friendly same as the host. Thank you very much for a memorable experience.

From check in and throughout our stay — it was amazing! We had an amazing time and we liked the ambiance. It was quiet. It’s a great place if you want to get away for a while and unwind. The place is just right for us. Everything is cleaned before we checked in and we liked the pool. Size is just right and it was clean too. The only problem is there are too many flies during the night and makes it uneasy if you have food and drinks outside while swimming. I hope they do something about that. Checkout took a while. No one was responding to us be it Airbnb app or FB page but then got a response through FB. You can check out on your own but we couldn’t since there was a security deposit of Php 2,000. Overall, we did have a great time! Are we to recommend the place? Of course! Will we come back and book again? Absolutely! Awesome place. Quiet. Ideal for 4 pax. Affordable. A great escape to relax.

Although the property is not located directly on the beachfront, it is just a short 2–3 minute walk to get to the beach. Me and my team enjoyed our stay in this spacious and homey accommodation, which was great for our summer getaway. Appreciated the gesture of Kuya Willy, the caretaker, who called well in advance of our check-in time to check if we would be arriving early.

The place is homey and spacious enough for our family of 10. The subdivision is peaceful and quiet so it's nice to go on walks. We parked 2 cars outside but there's a space for one inside the property. It's close to so many attractions and shops. We're planning on coming back as we didn't get to try the local korean restaurants and activities at the lake close to the property.

From answering inquiries even before we booked, Sir Elmer is very responsive and helpful. We were welcomed by Ate Lovely and she was also available whenever we needed something. The place looks the same as described, although we did not cook our food there, the kitchen has complete cooking utensils, even big pots. Rooms are all clean as well as the bathroom. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool while the adults are having fun doing Karaoke or Netflix. Thank you so much, we will surely recommend this place and will consider this listing in the future.

The house is beautiful just as the photo, the host is kindly offer the help we need, and lots of entertainment KTV, pickleball, basketball, swimming pool , I think the only defect is the location little bit far from downtown, but grab can reach there , so it’s find for us.

The place is nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stay. The caretaker went early to help us clean before we check out. We look forward to having more parking slots soon. Overall, we really love the place and will definitely go back.

Looks exactly like the photos. Just bring your own cutlery and big rice cooker if you are huge groups. Ate caretaker is very helpful with us. Its just unfortunate that it was raining hard and we could’nt turn on the lights in the pool. But weather is unpredictable. Overall, our family had fun and we were 40 and we all fit. Could easily fit more.

A very beautiful home. Great place to spend time with family, very spacious and beds are comfortable. Place is very clean. Highly recommended for big groups, whether with family, friends or even team buidling activities. 👍👍👍

Amazing place and definitely great for family outing! The beach is just a minute walk nearby and if you just want to relax, the place itself is already beautiful, peaceful and quiet. Additional for the caretakers, they are very accomodating. Would definitely recommend and stay again soon!

Place is a bit pricey but it is priced accordingly. The place is huge and sparkling clean! Ideal for big group. Things to improve on; Additional pillow ( as three heads are sharing with the two pillows) Extra foam (for the member of the family who would like to stay in the same room) - all rooms have 1 queen size bed except for one with 2 queens Their induction cooker is not working but they are very much prepared for it as they offered two butane gas operated stoves. Maybe, they can put plants or even plant paintings at the pool area to improve the outdoor feel and make swimming more inviting. But overall, I would recommend the place for a large group. The hosts are so efficient and they are easy to communicate with. Thanks for the wonderful stay.

Pros: - Accessible - Relaxing, (Sorry guys! We didn’t see any videoke in this area) - Beachfront (almost! because we stayed at the duplex area) - We were allowed to cook and drink (corkage free) just be sure to CLAYGO. Also we advice to bring with you your own kitchenware (though you can borrow kitchenware at the front desk or any crew roaming around) - The swimming pool area is nice - THE SUNSET! You need to have a money shot on it! - Free wifi access Cons: - No signal on our rooms - The foul odor caused by the trashes (i think the open space is their garbage segragation area) - Limited Parking Space - Limited toiletries - Common kitchen for food preps (luckily, we brought our butane stove for samgyupsal set and we used it for cooking) - Value for money in this place is so-so due to the limited ammenities. Overall, our experience is great and hopefully we can stay in their other rooms for better ambiance!

Ms Joji has been super nice and responsive to my queries. Staff at the beach were nothing but lovely. Noah, Jo and Iyang and all the others were super nice and would really ensure your needs are met (actually they went above and beyond our requests). 🙂 I love this place and hope we can go back soon!

When we got to the place we didn’t know it would be that big. Although there were flies it’s understandable because of the location, it was no problem since they have big fans that helped with those flies. The rooms were really cold which we loved. The bathrooms were clean and well, furnitures were well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had no problems, everything went smooth. Thank you for being a part of my 25th birthday💕

We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed in Ariana’s place for 2 nights. The rooms were pristine and smelled amazing. Her place’s strength is actually her staff. They were always available and accommodating to your requests. They weren’t joking when they said wildlife would be coming in. There were a lot of bugs flying at night, but it was tolerable. The place is quiet and private and good for families as we were a family of 12.

Place: The place is really nice and definitely homey. I just hope that the pool has heater too (so we can enjoy night dip without getting shivers 🤭) It is a well maintained property. Host: 1000000/10 service! She's very responsive and really knows how to maintain a good host-client relationship. +100 points that she's aware and knowledgable of the popular spots around the area. Price: you get what you paid for!! It really exceeded our expectations and without a doubt,It clearly became our fave bnb stay from our previous Highschool friends trip.

Stayed at Casa Isabel recently and really enjoyed it! The place is super cute and has a nice, relaxing vibe. Big plus that it’s pet-friendly — it made traveling with my dogs so much easier. Everything was clean and comfortable and smells good! And it felt like a great little home away from home. The only downside was the water pressure, which was a bit low, but not a huge deal overall. Would definitely consider coming back!

Our stay at this place exceeded our expectations. Everything was almost perfect, especially the pool and beach. The two villas with lofts provided an ideal setup for our two families, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. Despite the simplicity of the interior, it was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-equipped with essential cooking utensils, pans, a refrigerator, a water dispenser, and more. Additionally, the rental included a videoke for added entertainment. While there were a few small things that could be better, they didn't really affect how great the place was. Kudos to the caretakers for being helpful most of the time. Can't wait for our next visit to this awesome place!
