Jolie découverte ! En effet cette région est magnifique à tout point de vue et Punta Molara est un havre de paix. Nicola est un hôte réactif, amical, efficace et prévenant. Nous le remercions chaleureusement ! La maison est identique aux photos, agréable à y séjourner et son extérieur est magique, la piscine à été fortement appréciée. La maison est idéale pour les familles ou couples d'amis, chacun pouvant bénéficier d'une entrée indépendante. Alors nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Ciao !

We stayed in Italo’s place for two nights and we wish we could stay longer! The moment we arrived Italo greeted us in a friendly manner and provided a tour of the lovely apartment. Italo was super responsive and proactive when responding to our questions and we could not be more happier. The pictures do not do the place justice - excellent. It has everything you need to feel like home. We would highly recommend Italo’s place!

Soggiorno spettacolare, immerso nella campagna gallurese, nel giardino della casa alti alberi di querce, ombrosi, e una bella piscina per rinfrescarsi in assenza di una spiaggia vicina. Abbiamo avuto la gradevolissima compagnia di due gattini, educati e affettuosi, e con il calare della notte ci ha fatto visita un riccio di terra, curioso ma discreto. Casa freschissima all' interno, piacevole sorpresa per in vista dell' estate che inizia. Dotazione di comfort inaspettati in una casa di campagna: la lavastoviglie! Ci ha evitato noiose faccende domestiche post prandiali. Letti comodi, bagno ampio con lavatrice, una sala da pranzo ampia e luminosa. E sorpresa....wifi gratuito! Ringraziamo Antonio per il piacevole weekend e torneremo!

Julian was a very responsive host he always answered messages super quick. Any problems or issues were responded and dealt with at the earliest opportunity. Recycling is huge in Sardinia and prior to arrival Julian communicated the procedure so on arrival with help of instructions we knew exactly what was expected and found it easy to carry out. The property is in a beautiful area with surrounding countryside and lovely walks with spectacular views and something I enjoyed taking full advantage of while watching the sun rise across the sea. The property is also conveniently located near to beautiful villages and beaches I would suggest you hire a car as it is quite rural and taxis are expensive. We had an amazing time and cannot praise Sardinia enough, it exceeded our expectations and Julian’s property was perfect to explore the Northeast of Sardinia.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft. Alles sah aus wie beschrieben und noch schöner, sodass wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Luca war sehr freundlich und hat uns nützliche Tips gegeben. Die Unterkunft liegt etwas abgelegen, aber mit dem Auto ist man in schnell am Meer oder den umliegenden Orten. Wir können einen Aufenthalt sehr empfehlen- vor allem mit den flauschigen Mitbewohnern🐕😊

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Wir waren in der Nebensaison in der Unterkunft und können sie nur wärmstens empfehlen. Die Kommunikation verlief problemlos, wir wurden herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick auf die Berge und ist sehr privat. Wir haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt und es hat in der Unterkunft an nichts gefehlt. Die Nachbarskatze Merlina hat unseren Aufenthalt zudem sehr versüßt, das ist wirklich schön gewesen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und hatte alles, was man benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten & Restaurants waren 5 min entfern, wirklich unkompliziert. Der Grill (Lotus) ist sehr klein und für größere Abende nicht geeignet, das sollte man wissen. Der Pool stand uns in der Nebensaison (Mitte Mai) noch nicht zur Verfügung, als wir abreisten wurde er aber bereits mit Wasser gefüllt sodass man damit rechnen kann, dass dieser ab Juni nutzbar ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen (besonders zu dieser Zeit) und werden uns immer hieran erinnern.

The four of us stayed for a week at the end of September and had great weather. Beautiful location, very comfortable accommodation and great for exploring surrounding area. A car is necessary but found the driving very easy. We had a wonderful week!

We had a great time staying at Stefanos apartment. He and his family were so nice and always helpful. Checking in and checking out was super easy and in addition Stefano was completly flexible regarding the time of our arrival and departure. The apartment is totally newly renovated and was super clean. Apart from a washing machine the apartment had everything we needed. The location is perfect if you are looking to discover the north and east of the island. Thanks Stefano for a great stay!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendido appartamento per 9 notti. Tutto in ordine e ben pulito al nostro arrivo, aveva tutto quello indicato sui servizi forniti in fase di prenotazione. L'host gentilissima e attivissima su qualsiasi richiesta e domanda. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere a piedi qualsiasi luogo a san teodoro in meno di 20 minuti, con la bellissima spiaggia "la cinta" a solo 7 minuti a piedi. Le chicche della casa sono sicuramente l'aria condizionata (una cosa mai scontata, da pagare a parte), la doccia aggiuntiva all'ingresso molto utile sia per pulirsi prima di entrare in casa sia per permetterci di fare la doccia in due contemporaneamente e poi la terrazzina vista mare da cui si riesce perfettamente a vedere l'alba che vale da sola il prezzo e il viaggio. Molto molto soddisfatti.

Een huis met een prachtige ligging en mooi uitzicht aan 2 kanten. Mooi en compleet gemeubileerd, goed voorziene keuken, mooie badkamer. Grote slaapkamers met goede (grote!) bedden. Beide terrassen voorzien van goed tuinmeubilair en altijd een plek met zon of schaduw te vinden. Veel mooie stranden in de omgeving. Echt verrukkelijk gegeten in een agriturismo op aanraden van Jeanny, de vriendelijke en behulpzame host.

Maria è una padrona di casa amichevole e disponibile. Ti fa sentire a casa. Bellissimo l'appartamento in villa, di classe e di design. Davvero elegante e confortevole. la casa era pulitissima con tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno, il quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso. tornerò di sicuro!

Great place to stay! Perfect location. Walking distance to the shop and restaurants. Lovely and authentic Italian house / flat . Cecilia was very helpful. Definitely recommend!

Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern im Haus von Davide und Lu. Die Kinder waren sehr begeistert von den kleinen Katzen, die auf dem Grundstück leben und uns Erwachsenen hat die ruhige und malerische Lage gefallen. Im Haus findet man alles, was man benötigt. Davide hat uns sogar ein paar Plätzchen aus seiner Bäckerei und Obst vorbei gebracht und im Kühlschrank fanden wir etwas Wasser vor. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig im Hinterland der Küste auf 250 Metern Höhe. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist vor allem morgens bezaubernd. Ein Auto wird dringend benötigt. Bis zur Küste und den nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fährt man ca. 10-15 Minuten. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach aber zweckmäßig. Ein Problem vieler Ferienhäuser auf Sardinien ist der unangenehme Geruch darin und schlechte Betten. Ganz anders in Davides Haus. Hier gibt es weder olfaktorisch noch an den Betten etwas auszusetzen. Bravo!

Very beautiful and comfortable place that we stayed for 3 nights. The view is stunning and we could see the sunrise from the balcony. Laura was very helpful in providing information. We were able to go to many beautiful beaches just a few minutes away by car.

Tuvimos una excelente estadía María Antonieta muy amable como anfitriona y pendiente de las pequeñas cosas. La playa a una cuadra del lugar una belleza. Hay además buenos restaurantes sobre la playa y la casa está a cinco minutos en auto de San Paolo. Por la época que fuimos los comercios no funcionaban a pleno y había algo de humedad.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen, sie sieht aus wie auf den Fotos, man hat genug Platz und es war sehr sauber. Der Ort ist auch sehr schön, mit Strand in unmittelbarer Entfernung und leckeren Restaurants am Hafen. Der Ort bietet außerdem die perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge in den Süden oder in den Norden. Die Kommunikation mit Franca und Manuela war auch problemlos, man erhielt direkt eine Antwort und der Check in und Check out verlief sehr flexibel. Wir können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Lo stazzu ha tutto ciò che serve ma se manca qualcosa basta chiedere a Giulia e lei in un batter d’occhio farà di tutto per aiutare. Vista da lassù eccezionale. Silenzio (a parte cani lontani che abbaiavano) e tranquillità. Ci fossero le zanzariere anche nelle 2 porte d’ingresso il posto sarebbe perfetto ma così si avvicina molto. Giulia dalla prenotazione al check-in ci ha trovato anche un lettino per la nostra piccola quando prima non l’aveva. Veramente grazie. Di tutto. Se si presenterà nuovamente l’occasione, torneremo sicuramente qui.

Ottimo appartamento a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro. Vicolo di accesso un po' stretto per ingresso in auto, sopperito dalla presenza di numerosi parcheggi gratuiti in strada. Appartamento discretamente pulito, migliorabile in alcune accortezze (alcuni indumenti trovati abbandonati negli armadi). Bagno con doccia enorme e super comoda. Dotato di tutti i confort (lavatrice, utensili cucina, fornello, asciugamani, etc..) con la possibilità di mangiare anche all'aperto sotto una piccola veranda. Purtroppo aria condizionata non usufruibile durante la settimana di permanenza. Inoltre si trova a pochi metri da un supermercato che sicuramente rende più comoda la villeggiatura. Nel complesso alloggio quasi perfetto, sicuramente consigliato per chi vuole alloggiare in una zona più tranquilla di san Teodoro, considerando anche la vicinanza con la tangenziale per gli spostamenti in auto. Antonio molto disponibile e gentile, rapido nelle risposte (questione di minuti) Ci ritorneremo volentieri.

A beautiful family home with manicured garden and terrace. The apartment and outside space is spacious and in a peaceful neighbourhood. It felt like an oasis of calm and tranquillity! Well equipped down to the last detail, including embossed sealed toilet paper! They provided coffee, a bottle of wine and water on arrival and are a lively friendly couple! They invited us for drinks and lunch on departure and gave us lots of stories about the region. I can’t recommend this place more highly!! Bellisimma!

Maison conforme à la description. Chambres avec vue sur une végétation luxuriante.terrasse sur le jardin bien entretenu avec arbres fruitiers. Quartier calme proche de différents commerces et à proximité de magnifiques plages. This was the most beautiful house for my husband and I and our 2 teen kids. This house saved our vacation in Sardinia thanks to a very friendly and flexible host. The house was not only gorgeous with amazing views but very clean with comfortable beds. We felt so lucky to have stayed there and the town of Cannigione was so special. We hope to be able to visit again someday.

Everything was just perfect. San Teodoro is very beautiful and our stay at Michele’s place was great. The area is very quiet but still close to the beach and the inner city. The apartment was clean and offered enough space for everything. Thanks for hosting us.

Ich war für 2 Wochen bei Marco zu Gast und habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt. Marco ist ein toller Gastgeber, sehr freundlich, kommunikativ und hilfsbereit. Die freistehenden Bungalows bieten viel Privatsphäre und haben eine Terrasse mit einer schönen Wiese davor. Hier gibt es auch jeweils 2 Sonnenliegen, für alle die mal einen Tag im Garten verbringen möchten. Mein Bungalow war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Das Zentrum von San Teodoro und der Traumstrand "La Cinta" sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Absolut zu empfehlen, ich würde hier jederzeit wieder wohnen.
