Clean and functional place. Benjamin's responsiveness and flexibility is a cherry on the cake. Much recommended.

The place was exactly as described. It was very spacious and everything was very clean. The possibility of a parking space in the underground parking is also very good. The communication was very good. Lisa was available for questions at all times.

Quite location at walking distance from city center and with a S-Bahn station just in front of the building. Johanneskirche upon the lake is my best spot of Stuttgart.

Great accommodation. There is a dishwasher, bed linen and towels, a small terrace with seating, a TV and even a hairdryer. The apartment is in the basement and therefore very pleasantly cool even in high outside temperatures. The host was very nice and quick to reach, check-in and check-out went smoothly. The city center is within walking distance. The only drawback was the sofas, which smelled a bit of cigarette smoke, otherwise the apartment was very clean. We would definitely book it again!

Absolute highlight: the spacious roof terrace with beautiful views – ideal for relaxing, sunbathing or for a cozy dinner under the open sky. Everything was sparkling clean, the amenities left nothing to be desired and check-in went smoothly. The host was very friendly and available at all times. We can fully recommend this apartment – it doesn't get any better!

Elena was super friendly & always within easy reach. Since we arrived with a toddler, who is very sensitive to light at night, Elena had already lowered all the shutters and taped the light shafts on the door with bags in advance due to our arrival at night! Great, thank you for that. She was also always within easy reach. The place was totally clean. Too bad the return trip is already booked, otherwise we would have booked again.

The house is very nice and was super clean upon arrival. Perfectly equipped for a short getaway with our dog - even the terrace had a gate. The garden is beautifully landscaped and there are plenty of seating options outside. The surroundings are very quiet and green, walks are possible directly from the front door. In the event of a small technical problem, we immediately received help from the landlord. Many premium hiking trails on the Swabian. Alb is easily accessible within 30 minutes' drive.

The most well stocked kitchen we have ever had at an Airbnb. The two floors that were part of our rental were extremely clean and well prepared for guests. This is a great location for visiting the Black Forest area in Germany. Highly responsive host.

Michael is amazing host and very friendly, we had a nice conversation over Coffee and very flexible,he has nice and clean house with comfortable bed, house is located at few mins walk from Fields, I would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

The apartment is comfortable, basic, has a good location and on the corner they sell good food. In addition, there are 2 supermarkets a couple of streets away. The only thing that needs to be mentioned is that the apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which is complicated if you have heavy luggage. Outside everything in order

The Host is available and flexible. Cozy house. Just to stock basic necessities if finished (such as dish soap, coffee..). Otherwise everything is very comfortable.

We stayed with six adults and one toddler in Klaus's apartment. Since the rooms are spacious and toilet and bathroom are separate, it was pleasant and not too narrow to spend a few nice days there. The apartment was clean and well heated and the kitchen was well equipped with Nespresso machine, milk frother and even an egg cooker for our detailed breakfasts. Even slippers were available. Each room had TV and there was even Netlfix. We will be happy to come back sometime.

Evelyn was an excellent host. We immediately felt comfortable and at home because she attaches great importance to good communication, the apartment is very lovingly furnished and the beautiful garden is an absolute feast for the eyes. We were particularly pleased with the great balcony with the cozy sofa bed, the quiet location, the beautiful view of the castle ruins and the proximity to the Urach waterfall. Overall a completely successful stay.
