Top renovated one-bedroom apartment with separate entrance and private sun terrace. A light-flooded room with a small kitchen and a separate daylight bathroom. Very good access to downtown (U1, U9, U34). In about 5 min. you are in the center of Stuttgart, at the same time the forest, nature is only 2 "stables" (stairs) from the house. The half altitude gives you a very nice view over the city. Our house is inhabited by us as a family with four people.

Idyllic in-law in the countryside close to the city

Our apartment (with separate entrance) is close to the forest, yet close to the city (10 min. to the main train station). You can get to the university by bus in 9 minutes! You love our place because of the location, the peace, the views and the atmosphere in the newly renovated Künstlerhaus. Our place is good for traveling alone peace seekers, business travelers, and couples, unfortunately, not for kids.
