Tjärnö Strömstad, house with sea view

The house is charming and has a high, sunny location overlooking the sea, to the Koster Islands. Outdoors, you have several socializing areas, in the floor. Under the pergola you can grill and set up for dinner. The viewpoint offers magical sunsets in the sea. You have walking distance to Saltö nature reserve with nice sandy beaches and hiking trails. On Tjärnö you can go to the beach Svallhagen which has an old stone pier, good for crab fishing. You can also go to Bofors camping, where there is a swimming jetty and a Bistro.

Seaside summer home in Hällestrand, Strömstad

About 100 meters from the beach is this summer paradise. The 32 sqm home is of good standard and is part of a condominium association where subletting is allowed. Private terrace with a sunny position and sea glimpses. Scenic area with a lot of nice excursions around. Very child friendly accommodation with large green areas for playing. There is also a playground, football field, volleyball court, miniature golf and tennis court. In addition to several fine sandy beaches, there are cliffs and docks to swim or fish for crabs.

A charming two-story structure features a wooden facade with multiple balconies that overlook a tranquil waterway. The mirrored reflection of the building can be seen on the calm surface of the water, creating a peaceful and inviting scene.

Amazing golf and vacation rental by the water!

Welcome to ”Sweden's Venice”! This lovely home is directly adjacent to swimming, golf, spa hotels, restaurants, nature areas and excursions. 25 meters from the house is located both Strömstad Spahotell and the marina where you can swim from the jetty with advantage. Walking distance to Strömstad Golfklubb. Two level open plan accommodation divided into living room, kitchen/dining area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and two large balconies. A short walk will take you to the center of Strömstad with its varying supply.

The house is only 4 min. from the sea, 10 min. to the ferry pier. Close to Kayak rental, tavern/restaurant etc. Bright, quiet, large garden, private terrace and outdoor furniture, barbecue. Living/living room with step, sofa bed, bedroom with bunk bed, shower/WC room. Our place is good for everyone, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). WI-FI is available June 1 - August 31. No TV. Pet-free and smoke-free. Note, sheets and towels are not included (can be rented for 200 sek/person).

Stunning ocean view cottage

200 m walk to beautiful Båteviken just by "Kuststigen" (hiking trail) where you can swim and enjoy the day in the sand or at the cliffs. In the garden there are plenty room for relaxing or running. The two small houses host two smaller families (there are 4 beds suited for 4-6 adults and three suited for children) with three bedrooms (2 in the main house) on the terrace there are outdoor furniture and a small barbeque. In the area you have mini golf, playground, SPA, restaurant and golf course.

A cozy cottage exterior is showcased with a well-maintained garden. A deck leads to the front entrance, bordered by flowering plants. The home features a red-tiled roof and white wooden siding, surrounded by towering pine trees. A gravel pathway provides access to the property.

Cozy cottage with sea view. Walking distance to beaches and rocky coastline. Further out to sea there is beautiful rocky islands accessible by boat or kayak. Big veranda with a built in conservatory and gas barbeque. Very nice for children which can play games/ football on lawn. Nice quiet neighborhood. Sleeping space for 6 people. Washing maskin,dishwasher,wood stove, tv, wifi, etc. Minigolf and shop nearby. 3 fishing kayaks to rent. Fishing trips from June. Lobster/crab trips from October.

Delicious apartment (R25)-sommeridyll 100m from beach

Lovely and totally newly renovated resort in the summer paradise of Hällestrand Semesterby (R25). 100 m from the beach, swab, docks, crab fishing and pool, 10 min drive from Strømstad city centre. We also rent out the neighboring apartment R26, so it is possible to rent both at the same time, please let us know about this. Amenities: Pool area (not always open), playground, sand volleyball court, 100 meters to beach - and lots of space for free play and football.

This is an apartment suitable for a couple or family of 2 adults & 2 children. It's compact, bright & fresh with a separate entrance. Private patio/part of the garden with barbecue area. A room with two double beds in the floor(lower 160/upper 140, see picture) and a living room area, toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and dining area. Trampoline is on site and is welcome to be bounced at your own risk and preferably under adult supervision.

House just by the sea, near Stromstad

Our house is lovely situated about 25 meters from the sea. It's an old house which has been in the family for about 100 years. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the terrace or a stroll around the neighbourhood. Nearby there also a Nature Reserve, "Kobbongens Naturreservat", where there are shorter walking trails. If you travel by car, it's a min drive to Stromstad, which is the closest city. There are however a big shopping mall just 3 km away from our house.

The apartment is located about 800m from the beach and 200m to the golf course. Wifi and parking included. Bicycles and electric park bikes are available for rental. Possibility to charge electric car for a charge.
