A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

This was the perfect place for four adults to stay, close to the harbour, restaurants and cafes and a supermarket across the street. The apartment had everything we needed and the roof top deck was perfect for late afternoon drinks. We would love to come back but it’s a long way from Australia!

In the three weeks I felt very comfortable, on the one hand in the apartment, but also with the courteous kindness of Rosa, who takes care of the apartment and lives on the lower floor. The apartment is very suitable for one person, but also for two who get along well - there is only one bedroom. The roof terrace is wonderful, overlooking the old castle, the countless houses with their terraces and the sea. However, it can only be used very early or in the evening, as it offers no protection from the sun. The many restaurants, bars and shops that are on the Corso convey a colorful liveliness and yet the apartment is very quiet, as it is so high up. Important to know that there is no internet (WiFi). If someone regularly and likes to cook, it would be nice to have better cooking and other dishes and the large refrigerator is quite outdated.

We had a great stay at Fulvio’s. Mariagrazia greeted us and kept in touch for any need. The location is stunning! The flat is very well equipped with all necessary.

We had an excellent time. The house was very comfortable, on the beach and allowed 4 generations to be together. We also used the kayak and had were very happy to play table football. Early June was a good choice, as there were very few people around.

A wonderful authentic Sicilian apartment on the main (but never too noisey) street of Lipari. So close to everything and walking distance to the port. Also, HIGHLY recommend the restaurant Osteria San Bartolo - the best food we had in Sicily bar far with an outstanding wine list.

Andrea's apartment is excellent: in a perfect location, with a breathtaking view. It is well-equipped, comfortable and very clean. Andrea is a very kind guest, always available and very flexible. We are truly grateful to him. This is the second time we've come and we'll definitely be back again! We highly recommend it.

Roberto's place really does look as good as the photos and was a slice of paradise. The pool and gardens were beautiful and the villa had everything we needed. Roberto was not around during our stay but replied to messages promptly and his mother lives next door should we have needed anything but didn't intrude. The area felt a little tired but people were friendly. There are plenty of delightful places to explore locally and further afield. Tindari has some fascinating ruins, Milazzo is nice for an evening stroll and has an amazing natural pool at the tip of the peninsula. Taormina was a lovely place to visit but felt extremely busy with tourists. The highlight for me was a trip up Mt Etna, the views are incredible! We have loved our time here and would happily come back. Thank you Roberto for sharing your place with us.

Patrizia's place is really great! It is very bright with its large glass window that allows you to have a view above the roofs to the sea. The bathroom is new and very clean, as well as the rest of the place. Patrizia was very accommodating and communication was easy. You should know that in winter, from November to March, the common area of the accommodation is closed, but it was not a problem because the night falls quickly and meets in the evening in the apartment was pleasant because it was well equipped. In general, in winter there is not much open on the island of Lipari. Nonetheless, we still found bars and restaurants open, and did many hikes, under the sun ☀️

If you like staying in campgrounds, this place is fantastic. It is close to the water, has a great pool and restaurant, and the staff is friendly. There are activities for the kids between 9:30-11:00pm at night with music and dancing. The rooms were clean and staff was incredibly helpful. The beach umbrellas and chairs made it convenient to enjoy the clear blue water.

Five stars is just a few to be in heaven. The cottage is comfortable and well kept but the real highlight is the patio with one of the most beautiful views you could ever want. Recommended strastrastra!

I stayed here with my family. The house was very, very clean, tidy. The kitchen was great, equipped with all the tools for cooking and eating. The living room had a very comfortable and soft sofa bed, as well as the mattresses in the bedroom. The terrace had an outdoor table and chairs where we spent our evenings. Also the bathroom is great and impeccable cleanliness. In addition, several game tools such as cards from Uno and tennis poles are provided. As for the car, right in front of the house there is a condominium parking and very safe, even from the house you can see the car very well. Very peaceful area, great for relaxation and beautiful beach with crystal clear water and zero noise around. The host is very helpful and ready to help us in any case, thank you again for your kindness and great work. If we were to return to Sicily, we would definitely come back here.

superb stay at Fiorella's apartment, the view of the strait between vulcano and lipari is sumptuous, watching the sailboats you can see the whole archipelago of wind turbines and fantastic sunsets. the residence is far from all shops, we were on foot: 20min from the beach and 25/30 minutes from shops. i recommend it +++ thanks for everything

The place was beautifully decorated and had amazing views! I wish we had booked for a longer stay. So conveniently located to everything and would love to come back someday.

We wanted an island on the island, a parenthesis of peace after months of intense work: found! Casa Azzurra is literally on the beach, you don't need to be distressed with address searches and directions on how to get around the island, it's all just a break from the landing. The house is small but with all comforts and sleeping with the window open and the noise of the sea, it is priceless. Everything is less than a 2’ walk away: clubs, bars, restaurants, groceries, sea. We rented a scooter in the rent just above Casa Azzurra and with that you can comfortably visit the whole island. An unforgettable vacation.

We had a nice time in Lipari! The apartment is in walking distance from the ferry terminal and has everything you need close by. Alessandro was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend:)

Thanks to Antonella for hosting us. She was available to us and responsive. The almost private beach is a real luxury and the outside is very nice. On the other hand, the house is divided into several apartments, including that of the owner, which was not indicated in the listing. In the photos of the listing, there are several places that are ultimately inaccessible and it's a bit of a shame. The road to get to the accommodation is catastrophic (dirt road and tunnel that can't be crossed by car) which makes parking very difficult. We nevertheless enjoyed our stay at the casa di pippi, a very peaceful place if you want to have a quiet vacation!

House was clean and very well equipped. Ivan was always available and responded quickly and kindly. He is very flexible. We thought we'd arrive before 3pm and would have been allowed into the house. The house is beautifully located by the sea. You can always hear the sound of the sea in all rooms, which we enjoyed very much. To get to the beach, you only have to cross a sandy path. The beach is quite nice. The sunsets and the view of the Aeolian Islands are also wonderful. The terrace is the highlight of the house. The path to the house is a sandy path that is very well worn. Ivan draws attention to this in his ad. And with a higher car, for example Panda, you can easily get there. The directions, description for waste disposal and handling of the existing equipment is very good and detailed. You just have to read them and stick to them. Thank you Ivan. If we can, we will be happy to come back!!!

Lovingly furnished apartment in a house with several units. Super clean. Comfortable beds. Private beautiful terrace. View over other houses to the sea with Stromboli and Panarea. Apartment has all the necessary facilities (dishes, clothes rack, clothes pegs, umbrella…). Very thoughtful. We didn't miss anything. Shared rooftop terrace from 8 am - 8 pm. Kitchen inside and outside. 2 minutes to the bus stop. Regular bus service to Lipari (journey time about 8 minutes). Denise is a fantastic host who is present in case of questions and problems and quickly takes care of solutions. A house is currently being built next to the property, so there is noise at times. Most of the time, however, it was very quiet. In the morning you can hear a variety of beautiful birds chirping. We had a wonderful week in a great apartment.

The hosts were super welcoming and flexible with the check in. We instantly felt at home when entering the apartment and loved how close it was to the beach. The apartment had everything we needed to get settled, toiletries, soft towels, water in the fridge and even some ice cream from the local ice cream shop. It’s an amazing place if you want to get away from the busy and touristy places, chill on the beach, get fresh fish directly at your front door and enjoy an almost private beach (speaking for the first week of June) We thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend this place for your time in Lipari! Everything was perfect for us - aside from the shower head in the ensuite of the master bedroom - it is old / broken and needs replacing. Perfect location and lovely apartment otherwise!!! Very responsive host :)
