This unique home offers panoramic views of Køge Bay, with views of Copenhagen and Sweden. There is its own large beach plot and nice bathing jetty. Private heated pool, which is covered, but can also be opened. Two good bathrooms, one by the pool. The premises rented on the lower floor are a total of 125 m2 and consist of a large kitchen/living room/living room two bedrooms, closet hallway and large bathroom. The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Close to the large forest area at Gjorslev Manor is "Bakkeskov", which is a beautiful and cozy 4-wing farm. The guest house is in the original barn building, which, after a thorough renovation, has achieved a fantastic transformation. Visible beams and idyllic stable windows preserve the authentic look of a former barn. Our lovely cottage with room for 8 people is rented out in the summer (when we are not using it ourselves. Only 4 rentals). 4 bedrooms, 4 good beds and 2 bathrooms. Nice enclosed garden, lovely large outdoor room with dining area, beach ground with bathing jetty (300 m) here is room for fun at tables. 2 bedrooms are in a small annex. As well as one bathroom. Terrace and barbecue. In addition, covered terrace with lounge furniture. Sun loungers for 6 people. Not for rent to youth groups.
