End of small street, quite area and window face to a huge park in two sides where people can relax and feel full of energy, walking distance to public transport and all fertilities * 1-2 mins walking to bus stop, # 150 bus running every 5-10mins to Runcorn Railway Station and Brisbane CBD, * 10 mins walking to 2 large shopping centres, one side each of the Compton Road * recently renovated Calamvale Shopping centre got quite few new restaurants and close late
