The apartment is in a quiet part of the housing estate and has its own parking space, which you can see from the room. Comfortable beds 2.20 m long with slats are provided according to the wishes of the guests. The third guest sleeps on a mattress or sofa in the living room. It is practically furnished, modern kitchen, coffee machine, tea and everything you need to cook. We don't have a TV. The apartment is designed for guests who are looking for rest and peace at work. In winter we heat with air conditioning and it's ok, the house is well insulated. On the day of arrival, the apartment is already heated and you determine the temperature yourself.

In the summer you can taste barefoot or enjoy the warmly cool river water in the canyons, or take advantage of the 300m-long bridge over the river. Transportation waiting for you here: WiFi, water, shower, equipped kitchen, TV, just a toilet is a short drive to a wooden house (dry toilet). You'll sleep in a cozy bedroom with a full glass screen overlooking the lips. You may also see a grain on your morning pasture right from the bed.

We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Newly built log cabin from 2023 in a semi-secluded area, with a wonderful view. 2 km from Pernštejn Castle, 25 km from Nové Město na Moravě (Municipal Spa, Harusův kopec ski chairlift, Vysočina Arena with cross-country trails), 15 km from the western town of Šiklův Mlýn. In the wider surroundings, there is also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Devět skal, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. We will be happy to plan these routes for you.

The house was built by my grandparents and they spent most of their lives in it. When I inherited it, I didn't really know what to do with it. I travel a lot myself, so I decided to open it to people who love discovering new places as much as I do. I left some pieces of furniture as a memory of my grandparents and my childhood, so you will find not only modern comfort, but also a touch of nostalgia. The cottage is suitable for family with children, for a romantic stay in a couple, but also for a group of friends. You can host a quieter private bachelor party or just relax and roam the woods. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest in a small village, so you don't have to worry about being completely off the beaten path, but you will also have plenty of privacy and peace. Above and below our cabin are other cottages, and there are other people living on the road.

The Black & White Apartments apartment house is located in Brno in a quiet location surrounded by nature. The accommodation is close to the Brno Exhibition Center (BVV) and also close to the motorway exit to Prague. The apartments are fully equipped with furniture, appliances, air conditioning and the privacy of guests is ensured by window blinds. Guests can refresh themselves with Nespresso coffee, tea and water free of charge. The apartment includes a paid minibar.

Cozy cabin in the south of Brno

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
