The apartment has a very pleasant temperature in the summer so that the air conditioning almost does not have to be used. In the immediate vicinity is the market Idea and the Student Bakery. There is a big free parking lot in front of the apartment. The apartment has free wifi. Check-in to the apartment can sometimes be before 5 pm if the apartment is free and ready for guests.

The houses have a large children's playground with swings, a tree house, an adventure bridge, an artificial rock, obstacles and a large trampoline. There are also benches and tables so that parents can enjoy their drink while watching over their children. The house has a barbecue and sets for cooking and preparing fish.

Great place to stay and rest. Best place in Niksic, just 10 min from center of city and 1 min walk from forested hill (fresh air and good for walk) . Flat is on the second floor of house. It has nice garden and it's quite and peaceful place. There is market and restaurant very near from house (5 min walking distance)
