The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

I’ve been obsessed with the bay window where I can see the beauty of the view through all the seasons which give me such a different moment in every season to take on. Moderne hytte med tre soverom og flott beliggenhet på mange måter. Hytta var nybygget i 2020, har helt nye møbler, interiør og utstyr. PS vedovn i stue er ikke i bruk. På terrassen står det en badestamp med varmt vann klar til å nytes 24/7 året rundt! Hytta ligger i den lille bygda Spjutvik 23 kilometer fra Sortland. Dette er et idyllisk og rolig sted, men likevel er det kort vei til småbyen Sortland der man finner de fleste fasiliteter en by skal ha.

The Blue House - Blokken

A genuine and cozy house from 1900 with an amazing atmosphere and view. The Blue House is an optimal base for hiking, skiing, kayaking, snowshoe trekking and mountaineering. Fishing in the lakes or in the sea is right outside the door. Maps, first aid kit are available free of charge. The house is just renovated, and painted in colors chosen by the “blue city” artist, Bjørn Elvenes. Charger for electric cars is available for an extra fee.

Des 40 pays que j'ai visités, je crois que c'est le plus beau Airbnb où j'ai logé. La vue sur le fjord est imprenable, le ruisseau enchanteur, on est vraiment à l'écart du monde de manière positive. L'intérieur est très cozy, il y a une super rando à faire au fond du fjord. Il y avait de l'eau potable en quantité largement suffisante dans le frigo et c'était très facile d'aller chercher de l'eau au ruisseau pour se doucher/vaisselle. La cuisine pourrait être un tout petit peu mieux équipée (pas d'huile, vinaigre, etc.)

Such a beautiful place, looked better in person than in the photos. We felt like at home, apprecited the Christmas tree and the decorations! The host was very friendly and resposive. The hiking/cycling/crosscountry trail only a few mins from the house. Great neighborhood too! Hope to come back one day!

We loved staying in the house and fell in love with the view out of the window of the upper floor. We could even see the midnight sun from the balcony. Everything was clean and it was very quiet. Also the surrounding offers many wonderful views, hiking baths and wonderful beaches. Waralak was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed very much being her guests. Thank you very much for being with you! It was super great 😁

Kjempe fornøyd med huset. Huset var rent og pent til besøket vårt. Verten svarte raskt hvis vi hadde spørsmål. Anbefales på det sterkeste!

Deliziosa casetta indipendente al centro del giardino della casa dei proprietari. Struttura originale, dotata di diversi ambienti stranamente organizzati ma molto carini: attrezzata di tutto il necessario. Bagno minimal ma efficiente. Vista sul fiordo.

This house is absolutely amazing. The entire house is one viewing platform for the most amazing views over the sea and mountains. The huge floor to ceiling windows are fantastic. The couches are very comfortable, and the table is huge. Everything is new and luxuriously decorated. The beds are soft and comfortable. The upstairs bedrooms are a little small and the ceiling is low on the upper floor, but we were only with a few people so that was not an issue for us. From the upstairs bedroom, we could just see the midnight sun, and a better view was from a platform about 300 meters west of the house. There are also several beautiful beaches on walking distance. We enjoyed watching sea eagles soar over the house, and a willow grouse and snow hare right next to the house. This must also be an amazing place to watch the northern lights! We highly recommend booking this place. It was definitely the most beautiful house at the most beautiful location that we ever stayed in!
