Fabulous place to hang your hat and unwind. We were there to take a class and this place was so cozy to come home to. All the amenities were marvelous. And the beds so comfy. We can’t wait to return.

This place was exactly what we were hoping for — clean, peaceful, and just as described in the listing. The space was beautifully designed, with thoughtful touches throughout, and everything was in great condition. It felt cozy and inviting from the moment we arrived. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and check-in was a breeze. No surprises — just a really great stay in a beautiful part of Vermont. I’d absolutely come back again.

Very helpful when needed help around the house. Some places of the house has guidance on how to use specific things. Very good and quiet location, definitely would come back

This was our second stay at Paula's house in Laconia. The house matches the description & photos in the listing. Our stay was very comfortable & enjoyable. The house is in a quiet neighborhood & is close to town. We are already reserved for next year!

We had a wedding to attend at The Barn on the Pemi. Vikis place is literally only a 4 min drive away! Great place to stay for any event here. Very peaceful !

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Julie's lakeside home for Father’s Day weekend. The setting was serene, with beautiful views of the water, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy quality time together. The home was well-equipped and comfortable, offering everything we needed for a memorable stay. Julie was a fantastic host, ensuring that our experience was seamless and enjoyable. Absolute blast! I would have a harder time finding parts about this property and my stay in general that I didn’t like. Checking in was extremely easy and once I did me and my party felt right at home. Perfect location, very remote and quiet so you don’t have to worry about possibly disturbing others nearby. The amenities were endless and it was impossible to not be having a good time all the time when you can take a dip in the pool/hot tub, use throwing axes, visiting the chickens,shooting hoops outside or using the garage and all of the mini games (ping pong, mini basketball, darts). There are endless spots to sleep in and the party barn was a great place to have conversations in. The garden was beautiful and a marvel to look at. The hosts were extremely welcoming and friendly. They responded to my questions almost instantly and even offered suggestions on nearby food for the night. This is only the surface of the endless positive things I have to say about my experience. 10/10

Absolutely fabulous weekend at Mary’s cottage by the lake. We loved our stay and had an amazing time. Things to note: - there is a short walk to the water access. While we were there, the lake unfortunately had a Cyanobacteria bloom so we were not able to swim but this was remedied as the association has access to pools. - The main living area is on the second floor but there are bathrooms on both levels! - There are no fires in either the indoor fire place or outdoor fire pit with the exception of duraflame log fires allowed. Overall we loved our stay and are hoping to return soon!

We loved staying here! Everything was clean and well stocked, and Angela was extremely responsive and helpful!

We were stuck in from the rain, but it was the place you’d want to be in that case. We had games and entertainment as well as the recreation center to occupy our time. Time was well spent with family and we had plenty of room too. We’ll definitely book again!

We loved our stay! A week was not long enough! Very open layout with lots of space. We loved having a washer and dryer! It was a pleasure to talk to Tom! Really a person you could talk to hours for! We left feeling like family, and couldn’t recommend the place more! If you’re looking to visit Maine or even the big city of Portland, I would recommend you look here. Being out in the country sheds a different light on all that Maine has to offer!

Erik was a great host at an awesome cabin. We went through our whole stay without one question because everything was so well laid out ahead of time. Easy weekend of skiing. I would definitely book again next time we’re in the area. Thanks Erik!

Top notch spot and host!! We had such a great time at Alexa’s lovely home! It was so cozy, beautifully decorated, modernized, and had all the essential items you’d need - plus it is completely pet friendly! Our dog loved the fenced in yard with a doggy door to get out to it. The sauna, endless pool, and hot tub are just amazing amenities to have on site - that sunroom was my favorite place in the house to say the least! Can’t say enough about it and Alexa, too! She is super friendly, responsive, and had great recommendations for fun and good food in the area. Overall, it was just a wonderful and relaxing experience for our first time on the Maine coast and we can’t wait to visit again!

We had a great weekend at Lauren place. My husband and I were there with our 3 adult children and the space was perfect, with the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Nice screened-in patio for relaxing and card-playing, and there is a fenced yard for the dogs. Easy to BBQ and cook with well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable area downstairs for movie watching and a lounge area upstairs. Beautiful location for walking to Highland Lake but there is also smaller one lake down Beaver Brook dirt road. We canoed on Highland Lake with the home’s canoe that is kept at the lake.

A great cozy place to stay for my grandson's graduation. This house was perfect, with a nice big deck outside. The hosts were amazing to work with and were very helpful. Location was great, looks exactly like the pictures. Highly recommend staying here. A short walk down to a cool little beach at the end of the street.

My family and I had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything you would need was provided. Just pack your clothes and toothbrush and you are all set. The house was even better than described, if that’s possible. The layout was perfect for gathering and just catching up. The beds were so comfortable. And the outside was even nicer. Lots of places to sit and relax. The lake was just a step away. Tanis was also very easy to communicate with. You can tell he really cared about our stay. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back!

My wife and I stayed with our dog and it was wonderful, the lake was beautiful and full of fish! Great swimming area that our dog loved, and a dock to fish off. The cabin was perfect and was as shown in the pictures we enjoyed a Nice fire in the provided fire pit, before sleeping comfortably! 10/10 would stay again for sure

This place was lovely! Beautiful hardwood throughout with plenty of space for seven guests. We also had additional family come over to visit with enough room for everyone. The kids loved going out on the lake with the kayaks and paddle boards, and the games were a huge hit! Overall, beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed for a larger group.

My husband & I had a wonderful stay! Niki answered all of my questions & gave some great hiking recommendations. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need & the place was clean.

We had the most wonderful few days at the cabin and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice! It was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, we had everything we needed and it had some unique, quirky features. The location was really good, not too far where we wanted to go and you felt like you were right in the middle of nature. If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect place!

Absolutely beautiful home, great water access with lots of things provided by the home owner to do such as paddle boards, floats, kayaks, along with life jackets and other games and toys. The home was beautiful, had lots of space. We overall very much enjoyed our stay and it was well worth the cost 😊
