Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Strafford County

We were looking for a place close to Hampton Beach and this airbnb exceeded our expectations. It was about a 25 minute ride from the boardwalk and it was perfect for us, especially because we were just there for a show over night. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and felt homey. We will definitely be staying again when visiting the area.

Really cute space, perfect for one or two people. Has everything you need, including a full-size kitchen with all needed cooking and eating accessories. Loved the location, too.

Great walk to town location. Loved waking up and having coffee with a view of the lake. Place is clean and great for a small family. Rich was nice and quick to answer any questions while booking. Central location to visit Wolfeboro and Weirs Beach.

Every year we pick a place on the lake between Mother's and Father's day to celebrate over a weekend. We love to kayak and visit the local eateries while relaxing in nature. This year we were fortunate enough to find Katherine's home in Acton, ME for Memorial Day weekend. The house was spacious, comfortable, clean, and homey (and right on the lake)! Katherine and Nick were both very responsive and friendly with check-in check-out and we loved the places listed on their travel guide. The house is a short hour drive from Kennebunkport and Portland so we took some day trips during the rainy days and floated around the peaceful inlet of Mousam Lake when sunny. Leaving the inlet takes you to the rest of Mousam Lake where we saw motor boats, jet skis and one person wake boarding! Our old dog, Shaggy, had a blast and the long road leading to the property gave him the ability to run around without bothering any neighbors, who were all very friendly! Definitely worth a return visit!

Staying at Michael's lake house was the perfect retreat for our family. The first thing that stood out: The quiet. The house is on a cove just off the main lake, and it's so peaceful. We started our mornings with coffee on the screened in porch (yay no mosquitoes to worry about with kids!) and then spent the days kayaking, paddleboarding, and lying in the hammock. The lake itself is gorgeous and there's a sandbar that our girls loved! Meals were a breeze. The kitchen had everything we needed and was a lovely space to cook in (not to mention clean!). We grilled a couple of times too, which, for us, is a vacation must. It rained a little bit while we were there, but the house was well stocked with board games and honestly, everything was so beautifully decorated, it was just as relaxing indoors as outside. My girlfriends and I have chosen to stay here three years in a row for our annual girls weekend, which should tell you all you need to know. Clean, friendly and responsive hosts, great location for getting away to the quiet but easy drive to restaurants. Highly recommend!

Gary and Nick were wonderful hosts, extremely accommodating and very communicative and flexible. The surroundings alone were so picturesque , each morning and dawn was like a painting - I’ll be back for sure !

Had a great stay near Bow Lake. The house was just as described and comfortable and the host was responsive.

We had a nice time weekend despite the rainy weather. The house was great, spacious and clean. The deck was great with plenty of seating. Beautiful view of lake. Would definitely recommend!!!

This was an absolute beautiful stay. The views of the lake with the fall foliage was breathtaking. The home had everything we needed and was perfectly clean. Would definitely come again.

Four adults spent a week in Alton Bay. The deck gets morning sun which was wonderful before the heat of the day settled in. We loved the walk ability of the Bay. Great breakfast next door. Two sit down restaurants and one walk up restaurant within a quarter mile. Grocery store about 10 minutes away. Beautiful Lakeside public park and swimming area right next door. The condo is very spacious and well decorated. The hosts responded immediately to a few missing items. If you are looking for a small town, lakeside, summer vacation. We would recommend Breakaway.
