Central and bright apartment with good ceiling height in a quiet side street. Bedroom facing the backyard, living room facing a small park. The apartment has a popular location with a short distance to cafes, restaurants, shopping and parks. Trams and bus just outside the door. Short distance to Karl Johan and Bogstadveien. NOTE: The apartment is my private home with personal belongings on the fourth floor without elevator. The key is picked up with EasyPick at different address (opening hours: 08-00, 09-23 on Sundays). About 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

No TV channels. The apartment is about 45 m2. Outside the kitchen window there are garden tables with 4 chairs that can be used. Pillows for the chairs are available in the entrance.

The apartment comes fully furnished, including bed linen and towels(wash and change on the beds and towels is the cleaning fee) Includes entrance hall, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and storage room. Short distance to: Stovner center with all amenities, subway and bus stop, hiking terrain. Parquet in living room and bedroom, tile with heating cable on remaining floors. Private parking for a car.
